The bed is great for my husband who has Parkinson's.
He can easily get out of bed! The bed is very comfortable with very nice padded bed rails. The men that delivered and set it up were very competent and polite.

Medshopdirect helped me place an order when the supplier would not work with me directly. Order arrived in two days! There was a problem with the order and Medshop contacted the supplier and resolved the issue. Great customer service!

Ivan was fantastic help! And so on top of things. I so appreciated everything he did.

Free delivery and set up. The mattress is very comfortable. I have to figure out what to do with blankets and pillow, they fall off every time the bed has to turn and rise to sit. No worries though, because I am definitely keeping the bed.

Upon ordering the bed, I made a phone call and the representative who answered was very helpful. Then every so often I got emails updating me with the progress of the bed, and the white glove employees were very helpful in setting up the bed, at first finding alternatives when they thought the bed would not fit going into the bedroom because of the doorway position.

The customer service at MedShop Direct is fantastic! Omar was knowledgeable about the alternating pressure mattresses we discussed and great to work with as was the rest of The MedShop Direct team. They helped us figure out which product to purchase and had it shipped out quickly.

Although it began as a simple on-line order, they were especially attentive to me by calling almost immediately to say the item ordered was not in stock in the color I wanted so it couldn’t be shipped immediately. But they also suggested an alternative at the same price similar to what I ordered and I liked that item even more so received that in stock item within days. Customer service was outstanding. The delivery was also not a problem.

I was so pleased that I found a queen sized hospital bed recently. It is through Icare beds thst I found exactly what I was looking for. It looks like a normal bed. It goes up and down and has castors that allow it to move around easily and then locks in place. It is so comfortable. Omar was very helpful to assist me in choosing exactly what I needed.

Customer Service at Med Shop Direct is truly outstanding, I would definitely order from them again, but would not use Mobility City for installation . Omar and Ivan from Med Shop Direct took an active role to ensure I was satisfied with the mattress and bed I ordered with white glove installation. Mobility City of Lakeland, Florida provided the white glove delivery service. I would not recommend Mobility City, their installers have great personalities but that is it. Coming to my home without all the parts that were shipped and located at Mobility City is ludicrous. Thank you Omar for sending the headboard and footboard, it was installed and looks great

Previously (August 30th)
I ordered a Medacure LX-BARI bariatric hospital bed (includes cherry headboard/footboard plus side rails) and a Medacure bariatric alternating pressure with low air loss mattress on August 12, 2026. I was originally told they would arrive on August 20th locally for white glove delivery scheduling. The bed was delayed to August 24th. The white glove delivery took place on August 28th. Very nice delivery/installation men. The bed box was damage and held together with gray plastic wrapped around the box. Once opened there were plastic and wood pieces just thrown in with the bed. The men did install the bed - it was missing a cotter pin, but they had a bucket of parts in their van. Everything seems to function properly. The side rails were packaged separately and in excellent condition. There was no headboard or footboard as ordered and included in price of bed. I have called Customer Service and they are “looking into it.” I need the headboard and footboard NOW and am concerned that looking into means I don’t get what I paid for. I am questioning if I will ever see the headboard or footboard.

I enjoyed working with the representative. He answered all my concerns. Very informative concerning product of interest. Mattress arrived on time and was a perfect fit for my bed. Representative was polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He made my purchase quick and easy.

Website was easy to browse and find the lal mattress system needed for my son. It’s been great for him .
