Getting my meds timely and affordablely.

You accepted my money but wanted to apply it to someone else's order. I received nothing, but I was able to stop payment on my check which cost me $30. Now I need to file a complaint with the Canadian board of pharmacy's or whoever to investigate these people as in my opinion they are not reliable.

Customer service representative was very helpful & friendly in completing our order & product was received on time. Good service & affordable price for medication. Thank you!

Price and convenience

The price is the greatest thing, even though it has gone up, still much better than US. Also I receive quickly, I love their chat system.

I continue to wait on a shipment. Order placed on 7/28/26, still not delivered yet 9/11/26. Changes in US customs is causing delays. MedsEngage needs to do a better job of communicating with customers about the potential delays and options available. I have been using MedsEngage for mor than 8 years. I have experienced shipping issues in the past, but not to this extent.

All agents are very polite, calling back if I left a message and trying to help. Been with MedsEngage for couple of years already never had a problem. J.

Still collecting tariffs from customers after it’s been ruled illegal by Supreme Court! Hard to believe you are paying it to US government. A refund should be claimed and paid back to your customers.

My bank won't let transaction go through. You must be sending money out of USA and they won't let it happen. You must of called 10 times asking if I have Vemi, I'm an old lady and don't do those. I told you it many times. Got annoyed and just gave up in you
