Sono stata in Turchia alla clinica circa 5 mesi fa, ho viaggiato da sola, ma questo non mi ha spaventato anzi avevo un interprete sempre con me quando ero in clinica. Il dottore Umut firat che mi ha operato e stato magnifico, il personale altrettanto è grazie a loro ora sto vivendo una nuova vita.

From the initial messaging about your services, through to travel, collection, hospitals, surgery, check ups, aftercare and continued check ins when back home, the whole process was flawless. The team are so friendly and dedicated to your journey. My surgeon was Mr Ahmet Kaplan, whom I have had 2 surgeries with now. He is extremely professional, kind and caring and explained everything in full detail. He really made sure my concerns, and what I was looking for a finished result were listened to and he really detailed how surgically he was going to help me achieve these results. His team are so hard working, nothing is too much trouble at all. The hospital was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the staff were all attentive. I am so happy with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. To those worried about going abroad to have surgery, it really is worth it in every way! I still have messages now, 6 months post surgery. If I ever need anything else, I will 100% be going to see Dr Kaplan and his team.

Două mari probleme. Între oferta Medproper și oferta directă a spitalului Medistambul am ales oferta de preț a spitalului deoarece pentru aceleași servicii am plătit un preț mai mic. Cu toate acestea, la ieșirea din spital Medproper m-a păcălit că am de plătit în plus 900 de euro pentru că m-au ținut o noapte în reanimare. Le-am spus că suma asta nu apare nicăieri pe hârtiile de externare, că apare doar suma din ofertă pe care o plătisem deja. Mi-au spus că așa este protocolul, că sumele datorate pentru serviciile neprevazute nu apar pe factură dar că îmi vor da chitanță separată pe cei 900 de euro. Le-am spus că nu am la mine atâția bani și veneau cu tot felul de sugestii, să împrumut, să le cer rudelor sau prietenilor să îmi transfere această sumă, până la urmă, văzând că insistă și nu mă lasă să plec (abia mă țineam pe picioare, eram foarte slăbită), am zis că pot face rost de maxim 500 de euro iar ei au acceptat această sumă. Consider că am fost escrocată de Medproper deoarece mi-am dat seama abia în drum spre casă că nu spitalul mi-a cerut acei bani ci cei de la Medproper, deși eu nu am ajuns la acel spital prin ei.
A doua problemă este că stomacul meu acum este în afara cavității abdominale, nu știu ce fel de operație a făcut chirurgul de s-a putut întâmpla așa ceva.

Experiență minunată, personal de încredere, promptitudine, grijă față de pacienți, prețuri reale și decente, translator din momentul în care intri în țara lor, până în momentul în care ai ajuns în țara ta. Aș repeta experiența oricând, cu mare drag, tot la MEDPROPER.

4 months ago, I did gastric sleeve surgery. The Medproper team was amazing from the beginning till the end. All team is friendly and kind, and even now 4months post operation, they are still texting and asking how my journey going.. I am so happy and recommended to everyone.

Please avoid these guys !! May be cheap but terrible . They say they offer after care support - they ignore you !! Leaving you in a potentially dangerous situation . The coordinators only have time for you when your paying , after op is done your turfed aside as if they don't care about your health / wellbeing . The hotels they provide are grubby and stink , the transport they offer is the most uncomfortable ride - ESPECIALLY after a surgery, the only good part is literally the hospital care everything else awful . Also Adulrhman is very rude he's very nice to get your cash as soon as he has it very nasty can even block you...
