Anand was an excellent tutor that helped me a lot on my MCAT preparation. He helped me with actually effective and easily memorable strategies for all four sections, allowing me to approach problems with confidence that I had the skillset to answer them. He developed a realistic and helpful timeline even for my relatively short-noticed start to the tutoring.

Before working with Anand, I was stuck on lots of details on passage sections that ended up being either minor details or irrelevant to the questions entirely. He gave me strategies to determine which sections to pay more attention to and what I could avoid wasting time on. I also was stuck on some of the CARS questions between two 'good' answers. Anand helped me develop confidence and accuracy on what the test was looking for.

With Anand's help, I was able to take my score from a 510 to a 520, but that doesn't capture the increase in test-day confidence that his cogent communication, test expertise, and supportiveness was able to inspire in me.

Some people that are knowledgeable don't have that knowledge translate into teaching ability, but somehow Anand has both. I would suggest taking lessons from him to any MCAT studier who wants to keep themselves on track and find a way forward through the difficult-to-navigate pre-medical waters.

My tutor Aya was great! I loved the program she used to record sessions as it was easy to jump to different parts of the recording and it gave nice summaries. She was super organized and created a good schedule to follow. This was helpful because I was struggling to stick to a schedule when I was first studying alone. There was never a dull moment in our sessions and I felt a shift in my thinking when it came to the b/b section! Even p/s which I thought had plateaued on I managed to go up by one point! I supplemented tutoring with the office hours and the content reviews which were great opportunities to ask even more questions. Highly recommend!

My name is Natalia and I had Mollie Westrick as my tutor for the MCAT for the past few months. I wanted to highlight Mollie to give her the recognition she deserves!! Mollie has been so extremely helpful and was the only tutor that I found that I actually felt wanted the best for me. She helped change my mindset and boosted my confidence. I really like the Medlife Free Tools and emails. I felt like they were super encouraging and optimistic which helped me frame my day in a more positive light which helped me do better and not feel so stuck and down. The mnemonics and free questions were also a good way to overcome fear procrastination and do a little task at the start of my study day so I could go on and do harder prep for the day that I was avoiding and dreading. I also liked how customizable things were and the success stories to motivate me. 10/10 recommend.

This is a great company. Before reaching out, I was stuck in a low score range and struggling to determine how best to spend my time. The amount of resources out there is overwhelming, and with only three weeks to go, I needed good advice on how to focus my time, and fast. MedLife delivered! Their daily emails were encouraging and had genuinely useful information - I'd tell any student starting out to get on the mailing list. I later signed up for tutoring and was paired with Olivia. She was so supportive and prepared, and her advice helped me to approach passages with strategies tailored to my specific issues. I haven't gotten the real MCAT back, but my practice tests have seen a 15 point improvement. If you're feeling lost in the crazy prep process, this could be a good place to start.

Aya was a knowledgeable and supportive tutor who consistently made our sessions engaging and productive. She was great at deep diving into subjects while also adapting to a wide range of topics based on questions I selected for each session. We spent most of our sessions on AAMC section banks, and Aya’s patience and clear explanations made them feel much more manageable. I especially appreciated how she asked follow-up questions during practice sets, which helped me solidify my understanding. Aya came well-prepared, reviewing questions ahead of time, and maintained a professional yet approachable peer-to-peer attitude throughout. She also shared helpful resources promptly and was flexible with her time, often staying a bit longer to ensure we completed our work. Overall, I had a great experience working with Aya, who was very positive, supportive, and adaptable to what I wanted to focus on in my MCAT journey!

I did a course with Abraar over winter and I really had a positive experience with his course. The lessons were very engaging and I liked the reinforcement of having assignments outside of class. He does a very incredible job of explaining the MCAT and out of any MCAT services I have gotten in the past, this has got to be the most engaging one. The tips I got from Abraar were super helpful and has helped me improve and approach studying in the most effective and efficient way. I also made friends in the courses who were in the same position as me since I am an MCAT retaker and having friends in the community made the MCAT prep process less stressful because I didn't feel alone!

I took the MCAT two years ago, largely by myself, and when I decided to retake the exam, I knew I needed some outside perspective and guidance. I've consulted and paid for nearly half a dozen tutors, vendors, and resources, and the MCAT Mastery team is far and away the best. The individual tutors I worked with - I think five or six - had all recently taken the exam and excelled. If it wasn't a good fit, or I needed to pivot to focus on a different aspect of the exam, the office staff had no issue matching me with another tutor. The office staff has also been incredibly understanding with changes to my timeline, and understood what I needed individually as a student. They are responsive and polite, and the services are an incredible value. I can't recommend MCAT Mastery highly enough, and my only regret is that I wish I'd found them sooner and not wasted my time and money with other companies.

I took the 6-week intensive course with Abraar and I really enjoyed it! The class structure itself was really good and focused heavy on the strategy side, which was something that I needed the most help with. The assignments were perfect and he gave good feedback on what I can improve on as well. Also he was very knowledgeable in all of the topics and can actually help you from a student perspective.
I highly recommend this course for someone who feels more comfortable with the content that the MCAT requires, but need some help with strategies!
