Unlike many developer groups, Mediusware is transparent. We asked them to give daily, "executive friendly" summaries of coding work, and they did. When they encountered problems, they contacted us rather than just "going ahead" with an idea.
Pricing was very reasonable - the most "bang for the buck" of any developer group that we have hired.
