Acceptable product, slow delivery
The product is good, but doesn’t last as long as it should. Also, the delivery is *extremely* slow. Easier to go to a larger pharmacy than wait so long.

Produkt passt - Schnelle Lieferung
Das Produkt passt und es erfolgte eine schnelle Lieferung. Etwas störend ist, dass in jeder der Packungen ein grüner Beutel beiliegt. Weil da überall das Logo aufgedruckt ist, kann man die Beutel auch nicht unbedingt als WhiteLabel anderweitig verwenden. Irgendwann kann man damit werfen, wie mit Wattebällchen.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung
Der Flaschen-Wärmer ist sehr gut und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Leider ist die Anleitung nicht auf deutsch und man musste erst beim Hersteller eine auf deutsch nachfragen. Die Kommunikation sollte auch auf deutsch sein wenn man nach Deutschland liefert. Im Endeffekt ist alles gut.

Great piece of kit
Really useful kit in a handy zipper bag. I have a facial rash due to chemotherapy and the masks help to ease the itchiness. Comfy to wear too.love the fact I can choose between full face mask, eye mask, eye pads and under eye pads.

Complete amateurs STAY AWAY
Placed an order on the 8th of July. No tracking information given. Emailed them on the 21st of July asking about my order and was told that there was a fulfilment error, and unfortunately my order was not processed as expected. Processed my refund at the same time without even bothering to ask me if I would rather wait to receive the items instead. They have no customer support number either so you can forget it if you prefer to speak to someone on the phone. Stay away guys would not recommend them in a million years. A complete shambles of a company.
