I went to the Get into medicine conference!
I went to the Get into medicine conference yesterday and it was so helpful! The amount of content that we went over was extensive and super thorough! I loved it so much and even got to ask a question live for them to answer. They didn't hold anything back and told us the raw, unfiltered truth about life as a doctor which I really appreciated. I know it will be hard, but it will be worth it! Huge shout out to Dr Siva and Dr Kennedy, thank you so much I really enjoyed it and have learnt so much. There are several things that I will be doing to implement all you've taught me and I hope to see you again!

Getting into Medicine - Medic Mentor
This conference on how to get into medicine was super informative; before I attended, I only knew that it takes long to become a doctor and that it's really competitive. However, thanks to Medic Mentor, I now know what I should be doing from now to get all the skills that universities look for, for biomedical sciences, as well how the UCAT test is structured and what to do to prepare for that, and also how the training pathway is structured.

The Get into Medicine conference was very helpful and made the whole process of applying into medicine seem a lot less daunting. The doctors that organised the conference gave lots of good tips and advice when it came to things like the UCAT, work experience and volunteering and the help they provided was invaluable. I now feel a lot more confident in the process and can use the advice in the future to help solidify my career in medicine

Extremely informative and helpful!!!
The virtual webinars are very insightful to the industry; I was given a very in depth presentation by doctors and multiple medical students, and a many QnA's were held. It had a more seminar feel, and I recommend it for anyone with plans to go into the healthcare industry!
