The Medic Clinic Bedford Arvostelua

The team were extremely helpful, able to provide the right guidance and accommodate us on a last minute request for a Covid fit to fly test.

All great :) I can highly recommend that place!

Managed to arrange an urgent covid test with ease. Results came back very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with my appointment, very clean and profesional. No waiting time and fast service.

Very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service and efficient.

Good experience. Good behaviour from Doctor and staff

Haleemah is an absolute credit to your team - I can’t thank her enough for her total professionalism - it’s a rare thing to be able to say this these days but she truly impressed me.
Yours sincerely

Very efficient service. Only took a few minutes. Email with negative certificate was supplied the following afternoon. This was plenty of time before I travelled which was one less thing I had to to worry about.

Lovely people! Had a very good experience:).

Absolutely fantastic nice very service thanks

Absolutely fantastic people and service.
I had to book an emergency pcr test and they fully accommodated this.

The team were super friendly and super helpful

Thank you!!

The whole process of booking and taking the test was really easy and the service provided second to none. Quick turn around on necessary paperwork and follow up call to check we had everything we needed. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. We’ll done The Medic Clinic 👍

The staffs were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing in these hard times. Fantastic service from booking the appointment all the way through to the actual test. Got my negative test today with a phone call to confirm I had received them and to make sure the documents were correct (They knew how paranoid I was about this). I literally can't thank them enough. They may be the difference between me seeing my gf for the first time in 10 months in this pandemic. Thank you!

My dad has been there twice now and I followed one of his appointment and went aswell. We had the most easy service in such a long time. The customer service face to face and on the phone is absolutely spot one. There isn't one thing I could fault about this clinic. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Service 10/10 customer service 10/10 everything 10/10

I have attended the medic clinic on more than one occasion now and I am beyond impressed at not only the incredible service they provide but how stunning the clinic is. Dr Khan and Dr Swamy are not your ‘typical’ doctors, they are caring, very supportive and will reassure you no matter the problem. I would highly recommend the medic clinic.

I’ve used this clinic on more than one occasion and will continue to do so in the future. They offer a high quality, reliable and friendly service, performed by efficient staff in a clean/hygienic environment.

Needed some investigations done urgently over the Christmas holidays and was surprised by how quick and efficient the service was. Felt Dr Khan was reassuring and helpful. Definitely recommend Medicclinic! Thanks!

I was very pleased with my treatment. The staff were very professional, warm, friendly and the facilities were to a standard I’d expect to see on Harley street in London. We’re very lucky to have this service available to our local communities.
Thank you to the team and wish you all the best of success in the future.

Amazing service
Thank you Dr Khan and Dr Swamy for your quick review and advice/prescription.
