What is the point in have an email address for support, sent countless emails over the past 16 days and not one reply, poor customer service.

I was hyped on the app for a light minute thinking there were actually a chance of winning something...but 700+ days later and in the top 7% for most of those days .I've received maybe 4 surveys....in my opinion the app is designed for the user to lose and made to sell your information for the benefit of the app company ..its an all win situation for media rewards and nothing for the user...so basically the 2 stars is just for the few surveys I had...pointless and possibly dangerous app..

Until now everything is going smoothly. I team is really active and I appreciate their reply as soon as I send them an email. Quick replies to your issues! Now I am just excited to redeem my first ever gift voucher from Media Rewards. Hoping it really does pay. Also I'd recommend to try everyone since we do not need to do anything to make points just keep your phone on and bingo rest Media Rewards will do everything automatically!

I got an email that says claim my survey an it goes to a screen that says download the app from Google play I click it an it goes to a black screen and copies something to my clipboard so I'm missing out on my chance to make the money from the survey especially this time of year I could really use any help any dollar matters when you're a single mother/grandmother

I love the short surveys i can keep focus, some surveys take so long i rush thru it and do not even care what the survey is about. Media rewards is one topic and i always complete them

I won a £50 reward weeks ago, sent them countless emails, haven't received a response nor a reward. Of course there's no one to contact. Horrible service whatsoever.

It was great ,the app provides prizes which are of worth . People like me the gamers these prizes will be great, to redeem diamonds and claim gifts and all .They even provide discount coupons which are worth every penny ,but one thing I disliked was i couldng redeem flipkart coupon card .

I like being eligible for the rarely-occuring surveys, due to the guaranteed rewards in the form of 5-10 dollar giftcards! it's the only time that I see any type of compensation for sharing my data & information with this company, via the Media Rewards App. I'm actually not a huge fan of their "randomly selected, end of the month, prize draw system", wherein they randomly select 10-20 people, out of the top 20% of active contributors, and then those INCREDIBLY LUCKY FEW, are the only ones who get any kind of "MEDIA REWARD" for that ENTIRE MONTH'S WORTH of this app consistently running nearly 24/7, AND requiring my granting of ALL PERMISSIONS + unrestricted background use of my device and my personal usage information... it feels bad in actuality, instead of good or exciting, when that time comes & I skim the BAFFLINGLY SHORT LIST of monthly rewards recipients. anyways, the guaranteed rewards plus somewhat short survey lengths, (ie; 5 to 12 min est. start to finish) are the sole reasons I keep this app on my phone. oh, and the giftcard(s) get emailed to your registered email address about 2 to 4 weeks AFTER you get a confirmation email of survey participation completion. lol, not much else to the whole experience thusfar, hope this helps you to decide on whether or not it sounds like a worthwhile exchange to you, in its entirety. thanks for the read, and thanks also, to Media Rewards as well!
