Absolute garbage service
Absolute garbage service. If you call you are on hold for an hour. They take your payment then hold your meds for review and ask for documentation you dont have. Where it says "message us" only articles come up and you cant actually message. The meds might work but getting them is impossible.

Delivery was an issue
Delivery was an issue. The package arrived warm to the touch (both the outside of the package and the contents) It was a hot day and delivery took longer for the cooling pads to be useful. Med Express indicated that the pens can be unrefrigerated at room temperature (up to 30°C) for up to 21 days. It’s getting a lot hotter now, perhaps better or more cooling pads are required during shipping.

Great Medical Provider
I found everyone very professional and they were very thorough. Not a difficult process at all. I recommend them because they've sent me all kinds of wonderful information that no other provider has ever provided. I found other providers, once you paid, the connection was lost until you needed to renew and pay again.
The only glitch was delivery, still waiting, but that's not their fault.😔

The process to reorder is annoying and I can't justify paying $59 for the ability to order thru you, then another $28 in dispensary fees...especially now that we can purchase generic.

I just received your product and you want a review- OUYA
I just received your product. And even before it showed up you sent review emails constantly. A customer needs to experience the product fully before entering a review. Asking beforehand is suspicious in that you hope to garner a positive review on hopes the results will be as promised and the customer in high hopes leaves a highly rated review. Running and pumping numbers before any experience from the product is even experienced. Hold your want of reviews till the customer has at least completed the first cycle of the process!

Not difficult very helpful starting my journey
It was very easy and not invasive to fill out the forms. Approval time did’t take very long. Cost was not too eye opening. I’ve taken my first dosage and the pen was pretty simple to use. I was very nervous to give myself an injection. It was super easy. Looking forward to finding my way back to myself. Dedication, nutrition, workout, mindframe and a boost of help from this medication.
