Pleasant experience …
All the staff at the Somerset branch were friendly. Glen helped us with our account by adding a beneficiary at our request. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this branch.
I also have had good experiences with the staff at the Dighton branch which is located closer to our residence.

Bridgewater branch
The staff at the Bridgewater branch is always friendly and helpful! Today I had to go in and rollover a CD and add to it and Nicole was on top of it. I walked in and she knew why I was there.

Knowledgeable and helpful
I recently moved from Taunton to Middleboro and have gone to the Bridgewater branch a few times. Every person I have encountered has been very competent and friendly. They have each gone out of their way to accommodate my business needs. Melinda Lema is very helpful and knowledgeable and even informed me about a new account which makes perfect sense for my husband and I. I am very happy to have found another branch, in addition to my usual Taunton office, where I feel comfortable and supported by the staff.

Bank that actually values customers and relationships.
Been a customer well over 20 years and they are a local customer service oriented bank that values relationships. Can’t thank all of the staff at Mechanics in Dighton, Ma and notably Brittany Whalon for the support in helping my elderly father who is a Vietnam Veteran with some bank issues.
