I ordered an item off of Facebook and used my Paypal to pay for the item. The receipt from Meantallie said it would cost 20 and changes but their company, with a different name, charge me over 26 dollars claiming that the extra money was for "tax". I got two receipts. The Paypal one was for the higher number. The one emailed to me was for the lower number. Once I realized the discrepancy, I immediately emailed Meantallie within a day of the order asking for them to cancel the order. They never responded and ignored my request. I did the same to the seller listed on Paypal. I was also ignored there. I put in a discrepancy report with PayPal and they ruled in favor of the seller. Even though I had not agreed to pay the additional six dollars. The amount was charged to me, after I was given my receipt on my order. I will never order again with PayPal to any company that is out of the United States. I was scammed by PayPal and Meantallie.

I am asking for a refund and you are obliged to provide one irrespective if the goods arrive

I have started leaving very negative reviews on all websites and trust pilot. I will start copying your email responses into the comments of all your advertising

Therefore they shipped your order immediately.
All in all we believe you'll love it as it has been the best sellers in our company for many years.

Ordered Xmas lights in October, never arrived, their tracking code showed it took 4 weeks to go from Daven Port in US to Holland and then ... nothing

Definitely a scam !!!

After almost 3 months i recieved my 2 mineral crystal coffeemugs. No mineral or crystal muts it is plastic bad painted mugs!
I can get my money back but the return costs are higher.

Ordered 3 glasses that light up. When parcel arrived there were only 2 enclosed. I contacted meantallie and sent photo of received package. They contacted me saying the missing item was being sent to me. Still not received the item. The last tracking info was dated 11/30/24 stating parcel was in Edinburgh. I have sent several Emails to meantallie.com asking them if they can locate where my parcel is. I have heard nothing from them. This has put me off ordering from them ever again.
I have sent Meantallie another email today with attached photos of original order, opened packaging containing 2 items instead of 3, and the tracking info.

Beware.
Took six weeks for the product to arrive.
Packaging was flimsy and the product didn’t Work.
Customer Service wanted pictures, videos and packaging information that didn’t exist.

The shipping took longer than expected, it took 3 weeks for the product to reach my doorstep. Despite the delay, the packaging was secure and the product arrived in perfect condition. I must mention the customer service which was responsive and kept me updated. Looking forward to using this appliance in the kitchen.

1 ordered 4 sets of snow globe LED christmas bulb string lights. Two of the light sets had cracked, cheap plastic battery boxes and were difficult to open or wouldn't open at all. Opended the third set, the battery box was broken into several pieces. Now, after the company has exchanged many emails with me, I've sent pictures, and they want to reimburse me only $7 of the $52 of merchandise (4 sets) and I keep getting emails from China where the lights were manufactured, not from the Chicago address/company they were sent from. Also I was taxed at a rate of over 20%. Ready to turn this company in if they don't refund me at full price.
