Me and My Glass Arvostelua 

I ordered samples of different glass from this company on the 28th April, their website said they would arrive in 5-7 working days.

The samples turned up on the 12th May, no delivery note and missing one of the samples, I emailed them immediately and received no reply. The next day I tried to phone them, they ask that you leave a message as they're too busy to answer phone calls. I left a message and never received the call back.

I finally went through their online contact system again on 16th May (any attempt at contacting them bounces back with "our current response time is 1-3 working days". In my contact, I asked them to either post out the remaining sample as an express delivery at their cost, or refund me my money.

They responded on 19th May saying the glass isn't in stock and advising they can refund the sample, I acknowledged their email on 21st May and asked them to arrange the refund. They've responded today 26th May saying it will take 5-10 business days to get sorted.

I wish I'd avoided this company and I'm grateful I only ordered samples through them, as I had planned to spend a lot more money ordering large panels.

Reading through the 1 star reviews, they replicate the extremely poor level of customer service I have received from this company. I just wish I read through more of the reviews before ordering.
I ordered a bespoke glass hearth, no order confirmation, no invoice, no response on the phone or via email.
Six weeks later the hearth turned up and it was packaged well and the correct size etc. I am assuming it was from this company, as there was no despatch note or information to say where it came from. We have now ended up with two hearths, as I never thought it would arrive, and I raised a dispute with my bank. How on earth they are receiving 5 star reviews, I have no idea. Possibly the worse company I have ever dealt with!

Ordered custom size splashback, told 4-6 weeks, came in 6th week, well packaged, exact dimensions. I emailed at beginning of 6th week as I received the fixing for the splashback and got a reply next day. Very happy with service

Needed to replace glass table top for garden furniture. Easy to order, arrived within the time frame and is perfect.
The courier used didnt seem to know what they were doing (originally called to pick up from me!) but no complaints with Me & My Glass!

Ordered glass over 4 weeks ago- no sign- said they sent it - no tracking info - not responding to my emails

Got my order for coloured radiator cover and I'm delighted with it. Maybe took a little while for delivery but it does tell you when ordering how long it will take. I would order more radiator covers in future.

Probably, this is a fake company, and they are scamming people. Or bankrupted. I ordered two paid glass samples, and it’s been ages, and nothing has arrived. I sent e-mails and called many times. I received a follow-up email asking for feedback on how they did with the samples, which was an absolute joke. Avoid paying them for any samples or products.
Edit: I received a call from the company, and they promised a refund. The refund is not done. I followed up with two emails, but nothing has changed. I strictly recommend avoiding this company.

2 weeks from order and no update on delivery, impossible to get hold of - has all the hallmarks of a scam company.

The customer service is non-existent. I placed an order for some samples and am still waiting (told 3 -5 working days) now been 3 weeks.
They will not accept calls and have not responded to my emails.
DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Have been waiting for six weeks for my order, but still not received it. Have chased via email and phone, and still no glass. Have requested a refund, which I was promised, but have not received it either. Dreadful company. Avoid if I were you.

Very Disappointing customer service - ordered & paid for a colour sample of reeded glass for a kitchen splashback in February.
Since tried to contact by phone, email & thru company website with one belated response - now asked for refund and looking for a reliable company.

Ordered a piece of bespoke glass - made payment 8 days ago and requested delivery timescale estimate. Have heard nothing back.
Will amend review once I have some clarity on when/if my order will be delivered.

Ended up going to small claims and then got a mail from ‘John’ asking why I had done that! Maybe ‘John’ if you actually had some customer service I wouldn’t have needed to.
Interesting that today I received an email - some 8 months after this review - saying ‘me and my glass’ wanted more information so they could ‘verify my review’!!!
There are some 5 star reviews - to those people you are very fortunate. Honestly I beg anyone thinking of ordering to read the rest and save yourself the hassle

Easy to navigate website and able to find the exact replacement glass needed for patio set trashed in storm. It also arrived much quicker than indicated.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Happy to take your money and then you never hear from them again.

Glass delivered but packaging is broken and glass film is badly scratched. Despite emailing twice asking to resolve, no response after 5 days

Ordered a large bespoke piece of glass for an outdoor table. I had quotes from various places and these were the cheapest. Friendly customer service from John who kept me informed of the progress after ordering. A fair time scale on delivery and the measurements were perfect. Highly recommend.

I ordered 4 glass radiator covers in November. 3 are the wrong size and the metal rails to hang these when it got hot glue melted and fell apart. Still arguing over collection and refund. The customer service stinks
