Like so many others, I was scammed by this site. Never had any issues completing surveys and cashing out so I saved up my points to cash out for a larger amount. That's when I got a notification that I suddenly don't meet their quality standards and they're suspending my account and taking all of the rewards points I earned! They refuse to give a reason for their sudden issue with me (BECAUSE THERE IS NO REASON!). It really sucks when a company only has an issue when it's time to cash out. Listen to the MANY negative reviews about this company and stay away! Don't waste your precious time.

Sono un vecchio cliente di questa piattaforma. Prima di diventare Liefepoints era tutto perfetto e corretto, compreso il riscatto dei premi.
Da quando è diventato Lifepoints è completamente diventata una truffa.
Dopo che accumuli i punti necessari per il riscato di uno o più premi sospendono il tuo account dicendo che hai violato le loro regole.
Dopo aver aperto un ticket al support ti risponde una famigerata Isabella in un italiano "fai da te" dicendoti che l'account è chiuso per violazioni delle regole ma non dicendoti quali.
Sollecitando diventa anche maludecata dicendo che qualsiasi altro ticket in merito verrà automaticamente chiuso.
Vedo che è successo a moltissimi.
Inoltre vedo diverse 5 stelle, ma sono tutti molto recenti o scritte appena attivato l'account. Sicuramente si ricrederanno presto.
Evitate di creare account!

Hanno anche il coraggio di rispondere con una risposta preconfezionata e al posto di cercare una soluzione dicono che è meglio perdere un loro contribuente (che tra le linee significa: meglio perdere uno che dargli la ricompensa che gli spetta...).
Sempre peggio!
Dimenticavo. Visto che accusano insistentemente di violare le loro condizioni ovviamente quado si chiede quali condizioni sono state violare e le prove c'è solo silenzio. La cosa strana, leggendo diversi commenti non solo su questo sito, che tantissime persone che hanno molti punti da riscattare per loro violano le loro regole e vengono disattivate proprio quando chiedono un riscatto.
Questo dice tutto... Questa è la mia opinione, ognuno si faccia la sua.

Personalmente lo reputo il migliore tra i siti di sondaggi che utilizzo. Mi è anche capitato di dover chiedere aiuto al centro assistenza e ho ricevuto risposta rapida ed efficace.
Continuerò ad utilizzarlo per riscattare i miei cinque euro con una media di 15-18 giorni, visto che paga anche direttamente su paypal. Inoltre è uno dei pochissimi che ti attribuisce dei punti di consolazione quando vieni estromesso dai sondaggi.

I'm so tire of LifePoints so I logged out and deleted the app because you never going to pay so keep the points which you're doing anyway. The same message: I must've violated the terms and conditions the reason I can't cash out. What LifePoints mean to say or should say they violated the terms and conditions the reason points can't be redeem. There are so many terms I want to use to describe LifePoints but it wouldn't be appropriate on this platform. Farewell to LifePoints not a legitimate app. SCAMMER!!!!

Very bad experience with LifePoints. I have invested my time and effort, yet failed to redeem my points. The investigation also delayed and failed to provide enough satisfactory reasons, yet my point was taken from me, and I cannot redeem it. The platform was good, yet my time and effort isn’t fairly compensated. I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not fair especially when the specific reasons isn’t shared but automated reply of violation of terms and condition without actual pointing to the specific reason !!!!

This looks ok but it is a scam. Their only priority is their business client, not the members who fill out the surveys. They treat your poorly and react with a vague script or not at all. Do not give them your data.

Be aware that their customer "service" is a fluke, opening tickets will not resolve anything. Their con artists must be very proud.

Ribadisco che secondo me,per la mia esperienza é un sito di sondaggi veramente serio:dopo aver accumulato gli LP sufficienti a richiedere la ricompensa preferita,al massimo 2 giorni e si riceve il premio.Se c'é qualcosa che non va,basta contattare il servizio clienti dove c'é sempre un operatore che capisce e risolve con competenza i problemi.

Something is going on with this site. It all began on the September 20, 2024 when I got a confirmation order for a $15.00 Amazon reward. I contacted LIFEPOINTS on the 25th to let them know that my reward had not been received and they tell me it was...check my spam (I had already done this). ON THE SAME DAY, I get an email from them tell me that there was a problem with the reward and once I HAVE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE, it will be reissued. I wrote back....WHAT IS THE ISSUE? On the 26th, I get an email saying that the reward has been REsent.
On the 27th, I get another email saying that there was a technical issue. My points were returned and I need to redeem them AGAIN. I thought this problem was resolved, UNTIL I went to the site to RE-redeem my reward and the Amazon gift card is just gone. I contacted the same person asking what is going on and I haven't heard back and probably won't. There isn't enough money to be made on this site to continue going through this frustration. The surveys are fairly lengthy and you can spend alot of time on them, only to be told that you don't qualify...WHAT? ...After 15 minutes you tell me this. And then when you do get enough points to redeem, it takes the longest time to receive your reward ... if you are lucky enough to get it to be accepted. At first I absolutely loved this site, but it sure has gone downhill in the past 3-4 months.

This site used to be good. However it seems to have gone downhill over recent weeks. Today I had another experience which has become typical.
My home page showed 8 surveys, great I thought! I clicked into every one and of those 8 7 were closed. This happens every day and it used to be a rare thing.
The 8th I was accepted answered lots of questions and was then screened out- this also happens a lot lately. I am sure they still use the information gathered.
It's such a shame.
Just an update I logged into the site later that same day and had 11- yes 11 surveys! ALL were closed when I tried to access them.
I have had similar experiences in the intervening days including today. Something is not right!

Very disappointed last 7 months was good for little rewards then just stopped my account losing £60 worth of point for doing nothing wrong accusing of incomplete membership, inconsistency in profile, speeding through surveys, providing identical answers, false geographical location, multiple accounts and inappropriate language which I’ve not done any so I want the evidence and reasons of why, was going good as well very annoyed

Sono stata iscritta per anni al panel di sondaggi Globaltestmarket, che ad un certo punto ha cambiato nome in Lifepoints. Tutto è andato bene fino all’anno scorso, quando ho cominciato ad avere problemi ad accedere al mio account. Dopo le mie rimostranze mi è stato bloccato l’account con la scusa che avrei commesso qualche irregolarità non meglio precisata. Ovviamente ho perso tutti i punti accumulati. La stessa cosa è successa a tantissimi altri panelisti, per cui ritengo che oggi Lifepoints sia scam e lo sconsiglio assolutamente. Pessimo
