I recently worked with Matt on a retrospective planning application for a single-storey extension, porch, and fencing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with both the process and the outcome. While others offered only remote quotes, Matt took the time to visit the site and provide a clear, detailed estimate. Although he wasn’t the cheapest option, his professionalism and transparency made the decision an easy one.

One of the biggest challenges was managing a difficult neighbour, but Matt approached the situation calmly and confidently, helping to make what could have been a stressful process far more manageable. As soon as we met Matt we knew he was the right architect for our building project. Matt is very friendly and personable and was enthusiastic about our ideas.
Matt helped us to fine tune our ideas and made suggestions that we hadn’t considered that now form part of our recently approved plans. It is this creative input and experience that we were looking for that had surprisingly been absent from other architects we met.
