MD DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERS Arvostelua

I recently went to Omar to develop my engagement ring. I went around several shops, including in the local area of Canary Wharf, and found that MD Jewellers were by far the best in terms of client care, quality of service, price and ring quality.

Buying a ring is a huge investment so it was important for me to be in safe hands. I found Omar incredibly friendly, he made me feel really at ease, carefully and patiently explained everything to me about diamonds and the design process, which ultimately helped me to find the perfect ring.

He was never pushy with the sale, unlike a lot of jewellers I had come across. He showed a lot of integrity and transparency which are really good qualities. The end product was totally brilliant, and compared to other jewellers in the area MD Jewellers provided the best client after care after purchase.

I would totally go back to Omar again and can’t thank him enough for his services!

Great company.
Result is really impressive, the created ring is unique! Omar is very gentle and kind person. Definitely will recommend!

The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Omar took his time to understand what was required and the quality of the product is top notch. I fully recommend as I will be patronising again in the near future.

Listen Up, you’re reading this because you want quality, dedication and value for your money and good customer service and overall excellence…well I cannot recommend OMAR highly enough, He’s Your Guy!! From start to finish, he went above and beyond for us. He worked closely with my fiancé to design the most beautiful diamond trilogy engagement ring and my fiancé said OMAR was an absolute dream to work with. He provided expert advice while also truly listening to what my fiancé envisioned.

When I finally saw the ring for myself and met OMAR, I realized my fiancé wasn't exaggerating OMAR is a wonderful person who genuinely cares about his clients and brings incredible expertise to everything he does.
Later, my ring needed to be resized because my fingers tend to fluctuate with the weather. OMAR met with us personally and sorted everything out quickly, in just a couple of days, my ring was perfectly resized. I was running late that day, and even though it was after 5 PM on a Saturday, OMAR waited patiently for me without a single complaint.
He is such a delight to work with: humble, professional, thoughtful, and truly treats your engagement with the kind of dedication you'd expect from a lifelong friend. His knowledge of jewelry and diamonds is top-tier, but he’s never arrogant, he takes the time to listen to your needs and offers expert guidance without ever being pushy.
I am truly grateful for his services. As the young kids say, he understood the assignment — PERIOD. 100000/10! Thank you, OMAR!

Great experience! Omar spent an hour and a half explaining everything and answering all our questions. Most importantly, he made sure we got our money’s worth and I am very happy with my ring.

Omar was very knowledgeable regarding the lab diamond ring. Explained everything to me on details his customer service was incredible, extremely polite and he made an effort to satisfy me as a customer. Definitely recommend him. Top tier.

It was a pleasure dealing with MD Diamonds. Omar gave very good advice and was able to accommodate all of our requirements. I would recommend him as a professional and helpful jeweller.

10/10 Experience - I've just bought and received my engagement ring with Mr Omar. The whole process was smooth and my fiance was amazed by the service and ring. Would definitely visit again for future jewelry purchases.

Amazing experience. Everything was so smooth and I appreciate how helpful Omar is.

I was really impressed by the team at MD Diamonds and with Omar in particular. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, created a comfortable environment where they were incredibly consultative and ultimately delivered a bespoke engagement ring that exceeded my expectations and delighted my (now) fiancé. Highly recommend!

Omar did a fantastic job not only in helping me choose the perfect ring but also educating me in the process, which was very helpful in the end to help me decide what to go for without any doubts. I also needed the ring as soon as possible and he got it to me on time without any issues whatsoever. 10/10 experience will absolutely recommend!

Lovely diamond created according to the specification, fiancé very happy with the end result :)

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience working with Omar to create my engagement ring. From start to finish, he was not only incredibly helpful but also took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the design and creation process. His communication was outstanding, always responsive and attentive, ensuring I felt informed and confident throughout.

What really stood out was how Omar went above and beyond to accommodate my travel plans. He worked tirelessly to have the ring made and shipped quickly, without compromising on quality. The final result is nothing short of a masterpiece – the craftsmanship is flawless, and it exceeds every expectation I had.

If you’re looking for a jeweler who combines expertise, artistry, and a genuine commitment to making your vision come to life, Omar is your guy. I’m beyond grateful for the incredible work he did and highly recommend him to anyone looking for something truly special.

I found Omar while searching for jewellers in the area. (Honestly, I felt a bit intimidated by Hatton Garden, so I wanted to look for someone with local presence.)
My (now) fiancée had a very clear vision of what she wanted her engagement ring and wedding band to be like and the design wasn't something that was readily available.
Omar took great care of us, from helping us select an amazing stone through multiple refinements of the bespoke rings (calls for clarifications, multiple updates on CAD designs to get the final rings exactly right), to the final resizing. At no point of the process did I feel pressured and everything was on time.
The rings turned out exactly as she wanted them to be :)
And all of this at a competitive price!
Since then I also got a custom wedding band for myself from Omar and was once again looked after very well :)
Overall I would highly recommend Omar and MD Diamonds, I'll be back when buying my wedding band.

Fantastic service from Omar and his team! I had my wedding ring re-sized and re-plated, and an eternity ring repaired / re-modelled / resized and re-plated and both turned out absolutely beautifully. I visited the Canary Wharf premises, which were very professional and conveniently located. I would not hesitate to use Omar again should I want a ring made or need any repairs in future. Highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience here with Omar. I needed my wedding ring resized quite significantly. Omar walked me through the process and was excellent at keeping me updated on the status- really went above and beyond. I am SOOOOOOOOO pleased with the outcome. I would happily recommend them to anyone!

I recently visited MD diamonds to enquire about getting a wedding band to fit under my existing shaped engagement ring. After a brilliant consultation I placed an order for a bespoke wedding band and also alterations for my engagement ring to make smaller and to add an amazing diamond to it. The service was great throughout. So professional and kept me up to date with progress until both were ready to collect. I am SO pleased with the rings and I would recommend Omar to everyone I speak to. Thank you very much!
