Fantastic prices, service and delivery!
I've just bought a bike from Mcrbikes, and highly recommend them.
My bike was delivered to Scotland for free and in 24 hours. It was amazingly well packaged and took me half an hour to put together.
I'm well-chuffed with it! Best price I had seen in the UK too.
The after-sales has also been great. I have zero complaints and would confidently use them again in the future.

Great service, Jake was really helpful, answered all my questions, and when the bike arrived, it was in immaculate condition, and they even changed the tyres over as requested, had one minor issue after assembling the bike which Jake resolved immediately and sent the parts on, highly recommend this company, thanks Rich C

A great place to buy
Really Impressed, Jake kept me in to loop during the whole process from ordering to arranging pickup. We arranged for me to travel to the unit to pickup the bike and Jake met me there. The bike (Merida eOne-Sixty 9000) was exactly as described and like new.

Pre-owned Cannondale Topstone…
Bought a pre-owned Cannondale Topstone Neo Carbon 3 2022 from MCR Bikes. The whole process was very smooth and everything arrived exactly when promised. Very please with the bike and it's presentation. Would definitely deal with them and top marks to Jake for his help

Shambles
Shambles. My order for a pair of shoes was confirmed and to be shipped. Then I get an email saying they are not available across Europe and would I accept a black pair instead of blue. Really?? If I wanted black I would have ordered black. Why advertise stuff they haven't got and why confirm the order?
Zero consideration for the customer and a really silly offer to send a different colour.
Update…they are now chasing me for details even though they themselves sent the email confirming the order and then another stating that the goods were not available…they have their own records! If I do not respond it seems my review will not be taken as genuine… it is. I see no reason to keep responding to them. Looks like an excuse to negate my review. They confirmed the order then said they cannot supply…simple and true. I am not making this up.

What an easy process
What an easy process, filled in the form late last week. Was emailed and they arranged to collect today as my day off text me 30 minutes before he arrived. He had a quick ride and checked bike over. Money sent whilst we were chatting. If I had another to sell I would use no issues
