Appalling service
Appalling service. The recipient didn’t answer door in time and they took flowers back to the shop (they use Addison Lee to deliver rather than their own service). When I called to check up (on a working Friday early afternoon) there was no answer on their telephones and the email I sent said they were not open again until Tuesday. Immediately cancelled my card payment until the dispute is settled. Their flagship store is closed also so there is definitely something going on with this company.

Your order was placed early hours on Friday 1st May and dispatched later that day via our courier partner. The driver attempted delivery to the recipient’s property and also tried neighbouring addresses, but unfortunately there was no response. The flowers were then returned to our studio at 3:45pm.
As this fell over the bank holiday weekend, the studio was closed until Tuesday, which delayed further contact. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
A full refund has now been issued.
We would also like to clarify that our flagship store has not closed. It has relocated to larger premises in Waterloo.
