Paid £50 and not only did it take over an hour to arrive was cold soggy.did complain they didn’t want to know. First and last time I order their food. Most of it went in the bin

EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY arrives cold. But, because it arrives in Uber Eats’ SLAs, they take no ownership. It’s a partnership veteeen McDonalds and them and every time it’s delivered cold. I ordered twice from JustEat; it arrive hot/warm.

Would give 0 stars if I could, order came only had drinks food was missing McDonalds told me to go to uber to get a refund but I ordered through McDonald’s app so I couldn’t. If it wasn’t for the Uber driver going back up to get what McDonald’s forgot to include I wouldn’t have had no food. Even on the second try they managed to miss too burgers I gave up at this point 🙈 really don’t waste your money

AWFUL service !! Cold food , spilled drink in soggy bag , burger and fries were STONE COLD !
Delivery changed hands driver to driver and it arrived 40 mins late .
Complaints department said this is within expectancy - therefore I’d avoid

Disgusting customer service from Uber. McDonald’s has made and prepared our food within a reasonable time. They passed it on to the driver and he had hold of our food for 45 minutes before it was delivered. It was freezing cold and I wouldn’t mind but McDonald’s is only a 10 minute drive away! It’s safe to say we won’t be using them again!

Food damaged but main issue is why Uber are not doing criminal record checks on drivers driver doing delivery from robroyston standing at front door playing with himself his just eat bag is a health hazard

I would rate this zero stars if I could. I ordered and it said 20 mins wait, fine. Then the time kept getting pushed back. On the map it said the driver was 1 minute away then abruptly the order was cancelled. So I have no food and an angry teenager.

Very disappointed with McDelivery. I placed an order for my brother and me, scheduled for around 11:45 PM, since it was supposed to be our dinner for the night. We waited, only to find out that the order had been canceled.

What makes it worse is that the only compensation offered was a 20% discount voucher. Honestly, that's not much consolation when your dinner never arrives, and it's already late at night with fewer food options available.

I understand that issues can happen, but canceling a scheduled order at the last minute is frustrating and inconvenient. If an order can't be fulfilled, customers should be notified much earlier and compensated more appropriately for the inconvenience.

Not the experience I expected, especially from a major chain like McDonald's.

Absolutely disgusting and seems to be a scam and trend for the most expensive item of the order to go missing ! And then to be bounced between so called uber and McDonald’s customer service who both refer you to each other and no one taking responsibility for the theft and overcharging you have encountered. Biggest scam they have had running for ages !!! No ability to request a refund as neither assumes responsibility

Ive made 2 small orders in last few months, paid the extra fee but they have both not turned up, hata waste of my time complete joke 😑 clowns

I ordered McDonald's via the app and waited about 50 minutes to come. It was a Saturday so understandable. When it came the 2x burger meals ordered were missing. These were a Double big Tasty and a Double cheeseburger. Both burgers combined worth £12.38 totalled ordered on the app separately. Contacted via Uber Eats and spoke to a representative who refunded me £6.27. I contested this with the specialist team which upheld this. I paid £36. For 2x chips, share box chicken and a happy meal. Absolutely disappointed. If i was in the restaurant I would got my proper meal.
Food was cold except the chicken and no straws came for the drinks too. One positive was the sauce wasn't forgotten.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! i ordered my food and the driver delivered it to the wrong door and i put my address as clear as DAY! i tried seeking for help but no refund, driver blocked my number, the app is USELESS only good for when ur in the mcdonalds store itselfs otherwise don't order food on this app! Will be receiving a chargeback.

I ordered and bought from McDonalds. They got Uber to deliver it. Items missing and I am made to deal with uber chat who can only offer a refund for the missing items and that can take up to 15 days!

According to citizens advice ‘ Under UK consumer law, when you buy goods from a store (or online) to be delivered, the retailer is legally responsible for the items until they are physically in your possession. If items are missing from your delivery, you have a contract with the retailer, not the courier, making it the retailer's duty to fix the issue.’

Only had 3 orders all have been wrong missing sauces on two but on the 9/04/26 our mccrispy was missing we reported it immediately on the Uber drivers app but had no response so contacted again via Uber chat who have now stated because it passed their 48hrs there nothing they can do they offered no apologies or any any compensation
This is disgraceful service when we have paid for the item
McDonald’s also need to take some responsibility for missing items as well has Uber
Will not be using this service again

This evening I ordered a meal for my son which was delivered by uber.
The delivery time kept getting pushed back and when I contacted them they fobbed my off and told me I need to contact mcdelivery which I did on the app. The chat was not helpful and would not let me upload my receipt to prove that my food was delived almost an hour after it was cooked. It was cold an inedible.
The next day after I emailed mcdonalds customer service, they sent me a food voucher which still doesn't cover the cost of my original meal but I do appreciate the gesture

Ordered delivery from McDonald's through there mc delivery. The delivery time kept changing so I contacted door dash support. They said they were waiting for a driver. I ended up canceling my more because I had to wait over 3hrs for delivery. This was my first time ordering for delivery, never again. Bad first time experience.

I ordered a McDonalds from Anniesland and they had an issue getting it delivered , swapping it to Milngavie. The driver that did accept it , went to pic k up the food and was told to close the Order as they could not fulfil the order as it had been delivered. Which was inaccurate . To close the order they took a photograph of their bag and said the food had been delivered . I immediately called the driver as the order was closed and I didn’t have any food. They told me what had happened and said i should complain. I called uber eats and complained and asked for a refund. They responded that the behaviours on this order did not qualify me for a refund. I asked them what they meant by this . No answer. I asked for an address so I could formally complain , they said they didn’t have one. I then complained to McDonalds thinking they would help. They pointed me back to Uber. They took my money and did not deliver food. They falsified delivering the food also. I won’t be dealing with either company again.

Mcdelivery sent a delivery driver to give me the wrong order! I ordered McDonalds and the driver gave me wingstop and it didnt have anyone’s name on the bag either ! Then I contacted the customer service number and they denied my refund request after they got my order wrong! Don’t use them! They don’t refund people their hard earned money

Delivery driver decided to accept another delivery before mine, fair enough if on the way but literally went 10 minutes in opposite direction! Food came cold, McFlurry fully melted all inedible and went straight in the bin. McDonald’s blamed uber eats and uber eats cut me off their chat 4 times saying only estimated times on the site. Disgusting service from both uber and McDonald’s and total waste of money. Will be avoiding both from now on

Awful experience. Food arrived over an hour late, cold and inedible. McDonald’s blamed Uber Eats and Uber Eats explained that waiting over an hour for hot food to be delivered is perfectly acceptable. Won’t be ordering from anyone using Uber Eats again and won’t bother with McDonalds either. Appalling experience.
