McCain Foods Arvostelua 

Recently bought a product and had a problem. Contacted their customer services who were brilliant, took on board the feedback and this was being looked I to and I was reimbursed me for the product that was at fault. I can't recommend them highly enough, well done McCain!

Used to buy these all the time but for some reason they seem to have become dry and powdery. Will have to look for an alternative sadly.

What have McCain done to their oven chips? Used them for years and very happy but the latest bag of Home crinkle cut were absolutely horrible. I've thrown them away now and just won't buy any more. Why do manufacturers tinker with successful products (er, to save money) - but people bought them because they were good so DON'T CHANGE THEM - the same applied to Heinz ketchup (became watery) and Silver Spoon sweeteners (need 3 instead of 2 now) etc etc. So, I will look for a McCain alternative and they have lost me as a customer (as Heinz did, with me preferring Branston beans and being loyal to them instead now,,,,for as long as they don't change....).

pizza slices have a weird plastic smell and chemical taste, would avoid, just googled it and saw recent product recalls due to plastic and metal contamination... how good

McCain vibes awful powdery stale starch taste more powder in the bag than on the product would never buy again love McCain smiles though they are always a smash hit

spent £3 on a bag of salt and vinigag vibes they were disscusting even my daughter who is a chipaholic did not eat them

Went to mccains own site looking to buy directly as amazon are selling a 2kg bag for £20. Not a chance. You have to request the prices for every item and cannot just buy something. Youd think I was trying to buy the golden chalice itself. You sell frozen potato's please just put prices on your products its nit at all hard. Online shopping should be easy, not a maze made by harry Potter with paranoid schizophrenia :/ just bloody hard.

I can't believe how bad my pizza was I purchased a Hawaiian pizza expecting a good amount of filling put on top!! when I opened it I only found 4 tiny slithers of pineapple on the whole pizza this is disgusting!! I'm going to let my friends know not to buy any McCain pizzas because I can buy one fresh from Domino's Pizza for half the price with 3 times the filling you place on your pizzas I'm just totally disgusted it was also tasteless no flavor what so ever we ate half of it and binned the other half I'm highly disappointed.

Tasteless potato taste powdery.
BUT worst of ALL vast majority in bag are TOTALLY inedible.
End up discarding anywhere from 10 to 25 alleged chips as just SCRAG ENDS.
HOW DO THESE PASS QC?? OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT.
THIS is a recurring problem. Thoroughly fed up with being shafted paying good money for rubbish.

Bought a Rustica artisan pizza yesterday, made by McCain. Didn't see the McCain name or I wouldn't have touched it with a barge pole, I hate their products.
Well, I wasn't disappointed, this pizza is absolutely vile. I ate a 1/4 of it, because I was starving and threw the remains to the birds
Don't waste your money on this ridiculously small, ugly tasting pizza.
How this company keeps going is beyond me, it's just bloody awful

Ich hatte am 11. August eine Reklamation an MCCain per Email geschickt, dass die Röstis grüne Stellen/Punkte habe und ob dies evtl. Schimmel oder von grünen Kartoffeln kommen würde. Eine automatische Antwort kam sofort, dass ich mich ca. 4 Wochen mit einer Antwort gedulden müsste. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit hatte ich immer noch keine Antwort und habe dann an meine Reklamation erinnert. Nach einiger Zeit habe ich ein 3. Mal erinnert. Bis heute habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Anscheinend gibt es keinen Kundenservice bei MCCain bzw. ist dem Hersteller der Kunde und deren Zufriedenheit nicht wichtig. Dies kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, da ohne zufriedene Kunden auf lange Sicht die Marke keine Marke mehr sein wird. Ebenfalls antworten Firmen, die Wert auf ihre Qualität und ihren Ruf nehmen auf Bewertungen auf Trustpilot. Dies scheint bei McCain auch nicht so zu sein.

I bought the air fryer french fries for my granddaughter instead of the regular McCain french fries and they are rotten! The regular french fries done in the air fryer are decent. That’s a bag and a half gone in the bin! Never again 🤬

Nach 10 Minuten und 200° Umluft noch labrig und ohne Geschmack.
Auch nach 12' und 225° keine Verbesserung.
Eigentlich ungenießbar!

Beef Lasagne meal had next to no beef. The picture on the box was very misleading. Didn’t eat after trying and threw it out.

I've found there frozen chips disgusting to many bad potatoes and not the best taste yuck.

These are supposed to be steak-cut chips... the bag was full of bits and things that looked more like French fries. They call these scraps at the chip shops where I come from! Green mould and black chips. Have written with photos but no response. Won't buy again.

I would rate these none if I could and how these chips can be sold off is a disgrace. Manky mcains I call them, black as anything all look gross and like moldy chips. Wtf you guys do skate around the factory on potatoes then sell it to us or something 🤷‍♂️ what waste I avoid them.

I entered the superman promotion. Bought 2 bags of chips, both had a winning coles voucher so i entered twice using 2 different email addresses. They wouldn't honour either entry.
Total rip off.

Will not be buying McCain products again.
