Great service

Adrian was hopefully thought out the whole process from start to finish on giving advice on how we should market our property his knowledge was spot on and helped even clear the house as well and referred us to a good solicitor, in the future we wouldn't hesitate in using Adrian again. Our property sold within 2 days we couldn't be happier.

Adrian’s a miracle worker

We can’t thank Adrian from McAtreer Property Consultants enough for the fantastic job he’s done from start to finish. Professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially for someone as novice as me when it comes to selling a house.

Adrian explained a structured, step-by-step plan he had in place that not only worked out but exceeded our expectations. From hitting the market, the listing, photos, floor layout, and description were all an absolute knockout — the property looked fantastic.

Within the first 24 hours we had multiple viewings, and after just 3 days on the market Adrian had negotiated an amazing offer on our behalf that was above our initial asking price and far more than we thought we could achieve for the property.

Adrian worked so hard to make everything run smoothly — organising meetings, handling all the viewings, and even helping sort the solicitors out. He’s confident and professional whilst still being genuinely friendly and approachable.
