Exceptional service

Exceptional service. Ordered a few bits from their online store and it all arrived the next day. Customer service from Colin was second to none. Other bike shops could learn from MBW Bike Shop.

Road bike service

I dealt with Colin recently in relation to my road bike (Specialised Tarmac) service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very good support

Very good support. Easy to talk to and ask advice. I got the bike I need for my everyday commute from home to work etc.
