Kirsty helped me get rid of my food noise that has accompanied me for many years. She helped me see through all the different layers that are associated with disordered eating and to find a path back to my healthy self. Kirsty did a workshop with myself and a group of women in recovery from different EDs / disordered eating. The workshop was on body objectification and was superb. It was clear Kirsty knows so much about recovery and how to support those struggling. I would high recommend her as a coach or working with her in any capacity.

I attended Kirsty's workshop on self objectification. Her lively, kind and caring personality shone through as she delivered a very informative session with fun practical illustrations. I would recommend this not only to people with specific struggles with their self-image, but to anyone who wants a better idea of how their body relates to the world and culture around us.

Kirsty has an incredible ability of being informative and positive in how we approach these challenges all through her vibrant personality and character.

Having been on a journey of binge eating disorder recovery for a while, I was looking for practical support with changing my behaviour and challenging my thoughts. Kirsty has provided just that. She has worked hard to deliver a very tailored experience that offers just enough challenge, whilst accepting that life is busy etc. I've seen my behaviours reduce and my approach to food and body image start to improve. I am delighted with my progress.

In addition to her formal training via the Carolyn Costin Institute, Kirsty is always reading, listening to podcasts and looking for new material to share with her clients to help them.

I recently attended Kirsty’s workshop on eating disorder awareness and diet culture. Kirsty speaks openly and honestly about her own journey, and it’s clear she is well equipped to support those recovering from eating disorders. Her workshop was interesting and engaging; she gave insight into how diet culture has subconsciously affected attitudes towards dieting, as well as opening up conversations around a range of eating disorders. I attended a seminar recently about understanding the diet culture and how to build resilence in a world obsessed by dieting. It was very informative and interactive with time for discussion and questions. Kirsty's relaxed and sensitive style helped everyone get involved and grow in their understanding of the diet culture as well as common eating disorders and how many people are affected by these issues. I came away better able to understand others struggling with eating disorders and how the diet culture has negatively affected me during my life. Well worth attending.
