Our dealings with Mayo Wynne Baxter were to guide us through the process of updating and extending the leases on four flats within the building for which we share the freehold. For that, our lead, and major point of contact was Amanda Lee (now Amanda Jones), who was brilliant throughout. For reasons quite outside the control of either she or us, the process of renewing and extending the lease of the flat whose owner was recently deceased took two years to complete. Throughout that extended period Amanda looked after our interests at every step of the way. Towards the end, other members of the MWB team helped with the legal documentation and in that regard April Cooper must be singled out for special mention. We highly recommend the company, and the individuals named in what, from our experience, turned out to be a convoluted and complex case.
