Mayfeyr provided excellent customer service, and kept me promptly updated on the status of my order. They have a strict QC check and informed me of any imperfections (though not very visible) on the bag, and offered some cash rebate. Delivery was scheduled based on my convenience and availability. A positive experience and will buy from them again!

The company communicated to me throughout the process - eg shipping timelines and when item was on the way. Also called me to arrange delivery timing. Item is new, authentic and very competitively priced.

I recently purchased a bag through Mayfeyr, but unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet my expectations. To be fair, this wasn’t a fault on their part as the bag was made of raffia, and some fraying is naturally expected with that material.

As such, I decided to initiate a return and was aware of the $50 return fee, which I accepted since the request came from my end.

However, after the return was processed, the team realised they had missed out on the dust bag that was meant to be included with the original purchase. As a gesture of goodwill, they not only acknowledged the oversight but also kindly waived the $50 return fee and issued a full refund.

It was a truly pleasant experience, and I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.

Their customer service is excellent, and I truly appreciate it. They provided prompt and professional responses, addressing my concern about a misplaced dustbag from the warehouse. They offered me options for cash rebates or the choice to return and receive a full refund. I felt valued and wasn't just brushed off.

It was a very humbling experience knowing that I have full confidence by them. Their response was prompt, they were very transparent about things such as imperfections on items. They don’t hard sell but instead gives you time to think. Would definitely patronise this platform or even recommend to others.

I appreciate their prompt replies when I ask questions on the bag I want to purchase. They are very detailed with the photos, measurement (size of bag) and any defects ( scratches ) that is not visible even though its a bag on sale. MAYFEYR is a honest company that does their best for thier customers to shop with confidence. They are sincere and will make things without the customer highlighting what can be done.
They have a wide range of items listed and the best part the company is based in Singapore. The courrier for MAYFEYR will schedual a timeline at my convienence for delivery which is a great service. Happy to support any local company!

I made my first purchase with Mayfeyr for a Prada wallet. The platform is amazing. Though there was a short shipping delay, but Mayfeyr will update constantly on the delivery status. Highly recommend to buyers to put their trust to purchase from this platform

The item arrived with a minor defect, and although exchanges aren't typically allowed on this platform, customer service went above and beyond to make an exception. There was a slight delay due to overseas shipping, but their professionalism and commitment to resolving the issue were outstanding. Truly excellent service—well deserving of 5 stars.
