We are a dedicated weight management clinic set up by a team of experienced professionals specialising in providing weight management services in one of the most elegant and glamorous parts of the world, Mayfair. All of our medication is dispensed and shipped directly from a UK-based, GPhC registered Pharmacy. We offer weight loss injections such as Wegovy (semaglutide) and Mounjaro (tirzepatide) as part of our medical weight loss treatment. We have combined the latest clinical evidence and years of knowledge in weight management to design a bespoke online consultation process. The online consultation along with the expertise of our clinical team enables us to recommend and support you with appropriate and effective management treatments.

I was sent an expired injection pen

I was sent an expired injection pen. Having spent one thousand pounds purchasing through Mayfair I felt confident in their service, the online ordering very easy and quality of product and delivery great. However, my emails about this expired syringe have gone unanswered. I provided photos of the expiry date on the pen to trace back to their pharmacy. The only reason I noticed is my appetite seemed to come back with a vengeance only realising the vial was expired. Will change my rating if someone replies. All emails when I was purchasing were promptly answered. Now silence when there’s a problem

Ordering medication is straightforward…

Ordering medication is straightforward and delivery is fast.
The negative is customer service, it takes a long time to get through to be able to speak to someone and when you finally get through, they take your name say someone will call you back and they never do, which is really frustrating, especially if you have a concern
