Honestly, everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Don't buy anything here!
I saw their add on Instagram and everything seemed nice. The website appeared trustworthy and there was even a 30-day return policy... Perfect! So I went in and ordered a 4-pack of Pique Knit Polo. The shipping took about a month, but I guess that's what you could expect from a smaller brand. When my package finally arrived, it only contained 1 shirt... This has been over a month ago, and none of the other have arrived since then. Also, the one Polo that did arrive, had a massively different colour than what was shown on the website. Moreover, the fit was close to my liking, so I decided to contact them for a return. W
We have gone back and forth about 10 times over the email to find a solution (both the missing shirts, and a return), but they appeared to only be stalling. Even though they state they have a 30-day return policy, they literally don't offer you a single way of activating it. By now, they have simply stopped reacting to my emails, and there is literally nothing I can do. So, please, be very aware with this company. My personal experience has ben atrociace.

Product took over 3 weeks to arrive so obviously come from China

When arrived (pack of 4 polos) one was a different colour to advertised, one was a different size to the other 3 and they all had a different colour zip which made it look cheap - nothing like photos or videos on website or social medial

Emailed to complained and they offered me 10% refund which is £9 I have declined and thus writing this review

SCAM DON'T BUY FOR THEM, ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS or more neither my money refunded or received my order.

This is a sneaky offshore clothing company that will try to wear you down if you find the need for a simple return. I’m just finishing my 5th round of emails just trying to get them to accept a return. Run — don’t walk— from these people. They are dishonest and have no clue what customer service means. Repeat customers! And — the shirt I did keep faded quick, so quality is a big zero.

Scam! Do not buy anything. They are not sending to your address. I have ordered one piece; I have not received it! Not hearing anything back for weeks! #mayaoutfit

I hope they stop resaving orders till they manage to deliver all the delayed deliveries, it’s very disappointing to see my order is still not shipped after 3 weeks.

This is an honest view - I had a number of emails backwards and forward about delays to my order. I was sure this was just generic bot responses and was a scam website. I was ready to write the review to that effect. Then today my clothes arrived. I’m glad it wasn’t and confirm the clothes are good quality. Gents you need to up the communication and be less generic on the email responses. But thank you for not letting me down.

I ordered items and asked for an update after a week, and I was informed that the items were out of stock. They stated that they would be able to give me an update in 1-2 business days. Several days went by, and I asked for a refund. Then they informed me that the items had been shipped. There is no need to explain the whole story because my story is filled with identical delay tactics as the other 1-star reviews (this has been escalated, thank you for your patience, I understand your frustration, we are looking into this, etc...). They say everything except your refund has been processed. Maya Outfit is a scam.

I ordered two jumpers which arrived and they looked nothing like the images and they were too big. The sizing was not true to size. I submitted a refund request over 7 weeks ago. They asked me to submit pictures of the jumpers which I did straight away. Since then I’ve constantly been chasing but getting nowhere. Don’t bothered ordering unless you want to waste your money.

SCAM. Do not order. Emailed them 3 times chasing an order I placed a month ago and just keep telling me they’re busy. I didn’t actually ask for a refund but they said in the email ‘in reference to your refund request we can’t do this as it’s in final stages of preparation’ so they’re clearly just sending templated emails to people chasing orders.

Update - they also won’t provide a tracking number or give any kind of courier information, just delay tactics saying they’ve escalated to management.

I have ordered two t-shirts since 20/04 and they haven't arrived yet. after contacting customer service, they said that due to high volume orders there will be a delay. No shipping or tracking numbers were given and they refused to refund me
hopefully PayPal did for me and got my money back.

Hahaha they will block you on instagram when you comment how they scam you… losers. All 5 star reviews are fake. They stole 50€ from me.

It’s been months and no delivery, just rubbish excuses. Refusing to refund me despite my package not being picked up by the courier.
Why would you not refund an unhappy customer when you’re still in possession of the item??

The worst customer service ever. Absolutely no help. Placed an order on monday, and 2 weeks later order is still not shipped even though they promise to ship within 2-3 days after order is placed. Staff is not helpful at all. Refunds are not available. Save your money! there so many other companies with amazing customer experience and better quality.

Scammers! I've been waiting two months and no delivery. Won't refund so we are essentially dealing with thieves.

3 June - it's been another month and still no delivery. Customer services are a joke, they claim that they will escalate my complaint and send me tracking details, when I ask from them if just get silence. Please don't buy from this company, you've been warned.

Paid $130 , no delivery , no refund , no email reply after 1 month. It’s a scam company, nothing else. Please completely avoid ordering from here.

I ordered from Maya Outfit and waited over three weeks with no shipping or communication. Only after I demanded a refund did they claim my order had shipped—conveniently with no tracking info. They hide behind a shady “no refunds” policy. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card. Avoid this scammy site.
