The two-year tenancy with Maxwell Properties as the agents went very smoothly and was a pleasant experience throughout with clear communication from their side. Surprisingly good - I did not expect a London agent to be so helpful & efficient. The team was very helpful and flexible throughout the onboarding process when we moved in, and ever since very, very responsive to emails / calls when issues arise. Esmyra in particular is very considerate and follows up even outside of business hours with email / call when needed. The only small point of improvement is that the replacement blinds they ordered for us (in itself a great point) took 1.5 months to arrive & get installed, and are not great quality product.

Highly recommend Maxwell Properties to anyone who needs a Managing Agent to run their affairs. They have taken the stress out of owning a rental property and we have been thoroughly looked after by the management staff (especially Clarissa) who have managed our property for the past six years. Only not continuing with them as we have sold the property.
