Max is a complete professional and expert in his trade. Having used alot of trainers and dieticians in the past, max stands about above all due to his level of knowledge and understanding and coaching whilst offering a full solution from diet to gym plan and recommended cardio and weights plans with it. I seriously couldn’t praise Max more for his work in helping me achieve my goals.

For years I have struggled in my body, whether it’s my weight fluctuating because I’m either all in or all out with food and exercise, or getting caught up in unhealthy food ideals. I am 6 months postpartum with my 3rd baby who absolutely ‘ruined’ my body and am almost at my goal weight after only 13 weeks. While this has happened much faster than I expected, everyone’s journey is different. I still have a long way to go with toning and muscle building to get to where I want to be. Max continues to provide so much support and guidance, reminding me of correct nutrition and how to effectively make gains in the gym. I am looking forward to continuing my learning journey and understanding the next phase - reverse dieting and maintenance.

Working with Max for over 5 months was the best decision I ever made. I lost close to 30kg and had more energy, more confidence and finally felt myself again. I feel like I’ve learned so much and had a proper behaviour change with eating and training, I can genuinely say this has been life changing for me. I truly never thought the calorie counting life was for me but I love it. I love having a plan and sticking to it. I love that the plan is not restrictive and I love that I can have anything I want but just need to plan for it in the bigger picture of the week. I can’t thank Max enough for everything he’s taught me and for all the support at any time, accountability and for encouraging me to start this when I was injured rather than me using my injury as an excuse not to start. I really like the app and really enjoy the training. Would highly recommend working with Max, he’s an amazing coach.
