I’m not even sure if this is a valid company after many phone calls with no return by the company they charge my credit card and after many phone calls again and text. I still hadn’t received my medication after waiting for three weeks. I called my credit card company and I canceled the commitment and beware this company. I’m not even sure as valid the customer service you have no website to communicate with people. All communication is done by a text or a promise to call back which the callback never happens. I would suggest going to a different company buyer beware.

What a JOKE!!! Don't waste your money
Signed up to receive GLP-1 medications through the mail. The advertised pricing did NOT match what was 'actually' priced once I was approved (without even meeting with a doctor). They ship without any notice, in a padded envelope with a freezer pack; vial is not even slightly cool when it arrives. No way to delay a shipment if you aren't home at time of delivery. No Customer Portal. No individual/personalized agent/doctor to talk to. You just email a generic customer service email and wait to see if they ever respond. When complaints are made, they do not address them. When complaining that product does not work at all, issue is never addressed. Impossible to cancel b/c they never respond to emails or voice mails. This company and their compounded GLP's are a JOKE. Don't WASTE your money!!!!!

I, Andrea Williams, NP, do not have a DEA. I am not affiliated with, employed by, or supervising clinical services at Maxx Life Health Care Clinics, 1540 Pennsylvania Ave, McDonough, GA 30253 (Suite B is listed specifically for the healthcare/clinic side of the facility) since March 2026.
Any ongoing advertising or future billing, prescribing, clinical documentation, or representation of medical services utilizing the name or NPI of the Author by Maxx Life Health Care Clinic is entirely unauthorized, fraudulent, and a violation of state and federal law.

My experience with MaxLife has been exceptional. They have guided me every step of the way with, text, phone calls and video interviews by their doctors. I have felt completely supported throughout my weight loss journey. I’ve lost 38 lbs. and feel better than I ever have. I’m 61 and finally feel like myself! I experienced slight nausea after the first couple of injections, but quickly learned to nibble on crackers before my injections. After that, I’ve had no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this weight loss program.

I have had excellent customer service and excellent results. I’ve lost 47 pounds currently and I’m still going. I still have about 18 pounds left. This is definitely a company you can trust and they work hard.

This is not really a five - it's a one - Please Sort all their reviews by date and you will find all recent reviews are a One Star. These people will take advantage of you then hound you for payment you don't owe or face collections. You will get screwed.

Terrible!! Hard to cancel so they auto charge you!
Terrible!!! They lock you in a contract and renew automatically charging you. You have to call to cancel and every time you call nobody answers the phone because all operators are busy. Scam company! Go elsewhere
