Be aware of auto renewals. Shady

I think the product is fantastic. Used to use it years back. The ingredients are high quality and I can feel the benefits. My issue is I ordered one tub and everything was fine. Then a couple weeks later I got a delivery notification but thought it must have been an error until a package arrived and then my account was debited. I checked on the site and I had been unknowingly been auto subscribed to an auto renewal. Terrible customer experience and super shady.

I just wanted to clarify that our subscriptions are completely optional and are clearly shown on each product page at checkout. No one is ever automatically enrolled without selecting that option. It sounds like this may have been selected by mistake during your first purchase.

Why do you advertise a free shaker for…

22/09/2025 - Why do you advertise a free shaker for orders over 55gbp, add the shaker automatically to my basket and then charge 2.99gbp for said shaker? That's unfair. Pls keep your shaker and I'll keep my 2.99 GBP. It is the second time I experienced this.

23/09/2005- I changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars. I was contacted by someone from MaxiNutrition. He quickly apologised and resolved the issue after I provided a screenshot I that took of my basket yesterday. I went ahead to place my order and got the free shaker added. Hopefully this doesn't reoccur in the future.

MaxIsolate choc flavour and Steel shaker

Very helpful staff (Stephen who was helpful and prompt with replies). The product (MaxIsolate choc flavour) was delicious, smooth texture, no clumps and not overpowering with sweetness. Easy transaction and fast delivery. Also purchased the Steel shaker, brilliant product, easy to mix and even easier to wash. Will defo be coming back to Maxi Nutrition for my powder and defo recommend. 5 star products and service.

I have a dietary intolerance to…

I have a dietary intolerance to Sucralose and found the Isolate the best solution for my needs, I have gained some mass and feel a lot happier using this product. I have a lot more confidence in finding other solutions using Maxi Nutrition.
