We generally don't have the garment measurements available since we work with elastic fabrics - this means that the garment measurements won't necessarily coincide with body measurements. When in doubt, customers can reach out to our team for more personalized advice no problem :)

Die Hose sieht zwar sehr schick aus
Die Hose sieht zwar sehr schick aus, aber sie lässt sich schwer anziehen und ist ein wahrer Fingernagelkiller. Sie ist auch zu lang aber das ist ja schon die kleinste Größe

Thank you for sharing your experience. Please bear in mind that our bottoms are designed to stretch around the body to achieve the skin-tight look we show on our product pictures; this means that they may take a little effort to pull up, but doing so in stages from the bottom up should help. Once on, they should fit comfortably without pinching and move with you no problem :)
As for length, we confirm that we currently don't offer different inseam length options. Fortunately, given that our fabrics have 4-way stretch they will also adapt vertically to fit a variety of heights.
No refund for missing item….
I placed an order for 2 pairs of jeans jodhpurs in 2 different sizes. When the order arrived I received only one pair. Contacted customer service who were initially great and apologised and said if I was returning the other pair, which I was as they were too small, they would refund for both items when they receive the parcel back. Well the order was placed over a month ago, they’ve had the return for over 2 weeks which they’ve just refunded and yet I’ve had no refund for the missing item. I’ve emailed multiple times and been completely ignored. I’m going to contact my bank and report it under section 75 of the consumer act to get my money back. I wouldn’t order from here again. Order 78737.

Please bear in mind that, as per our previous communication and the information available both on the website and on the return instructions, our team can take up to 14 business days to process and review return packages once they are received back at our premises. We have checked with our warehouse and confirm that your return package was processed within this timeline.
The refund for the item that was registered in the return was issued on the same day, as this is an automatic process. The additional refund for the missing item was sent the next day, as it had to be issued manually by our team. With this, the full owed refund was issued as agreed.
As for your emails, please bear in mind that our team recently went through a period of high volume of queries, during which our response times were longer than usual, unfortunately. This was notified to all incoming messages so that customers could be aware of the particular situation, and we confirm that your message was reviewed and replied to with these same clarifications as soon as possible.
We are sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory, but please bear in mind that we have been transpareent in our communication and operating within our publicly stated policies at every step of the process.

I love my Maximillian breeches! Great fit and well made! Order and deliver was easy and fast. I only give 4 stars because the duty fee was far more than I expected. I’ll watch for a sale before purchasing again.

As for duties, please bear in mind that these are imposed by the local administration in the country of destination, and thus completely outside our control, unfortunately. This information is available on our website and can be consulted at any point before or after purchase, so customers can make informed decisions.
Different Color than the shop picture
I ordered a set that I have first seen in an Instagram ad, cream pad with cream boots, complete match. Beautiful.
The color delivered is very different. I will return the boots. Disappointing. Tried to figure a solution with the support-Team.
The color sent was taube, the color on the pictures is called light taube. The pad is high quality though. I will keep that one.

Please bear in mind that, as we explained in our emails, the Herringbone Set (Beige) is only comprised of saddle pads and ear bonnets - there was no matching leg protection launched, and thus no promotional content featuring those products.
The leg protection set you ordered was the Ego (Soft Taupe), which is a different tone and optimized to match other items in the Soft Taupe family. The Aeris Saddle Pad was launched in this colour, and is the model featured in the promotional content for the Soft Taupe set - not the Herringbone. We believe this must have been the set you saw in the ad, but please bear in mind that they are completely different models and tones, and the Herringbone was not designed as a match.
Since the items you received coincide with the ones ordered, we unfortunately cannot classify this as a packing mistake and the usual returns policy applies.

Excellent quality, and very speedy shipping for it being shipped half way across the world! The colour (hunter green) was quite a bit duller than shown in website photos.

Good quality and nice colours products
The products are very good and nice colours. Good that for leg protection you can buy whole sets of the same colour. I would recomment this shop.
To get the package home through UPS is a little challanging but once you have received your package and see the quality of the product, it is quickly forgotten.

Leider ist die Zustellung der Bestellung äußerst schwierig…. Das Päckchen kam nie bei mir an. Ich hätte das Paket in einem Shop 60 km entfernt abholen sollen. Ende vom Lied 45€ zusätzliche Gebühren, für irgendwelche Einlagerungen und zusätzliche Versandkosten. Werde dort auf keinen Fall mehr bestellen.

Please bear in mind that carriers may derive shipments to a pickup point if they cannot complete the delivery at the specified address - this is part of their normal operation, so home delivery is not guaranteed. This information is always available on our website, so customers can stay informed before or after purchase.
Packages not picked up by the customer within the allotted storage period will be returned to sender, which is considered a failed delivery due to causes outside our control. To cover the additional costs of return shipping packaging and handling, a fixed failed delivery fee will be applied, as detailed on our website. Customers are always informed of the situation and given the choice between receiving the corresponding refund, or covering this fee separately and requesting a new shipment of their order.
We are sorry to hear that this has been your experience, but please bear in mind that we are only applying our publicly described policies for these cases.
Be very careful of sizing if you're going to wash their items...
I sent an email regarding the sizing over a week ago and have heard nothing. The quality is great but the sweatshirts shrink so much after one wash on cold and a hang dry they are unwearable. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and they both shrunk inches. Very disappointed to have spent this much and have two things I could only wear once.

Premium quality for the Horse universe with Spanish seal
I have purchased several times at Maximilian Equestrian. They are top for the horse universe. Breeches, gloves, sleeves... all with premium quality, ideal for any weather and comfy for any ride. I do dressage and I am in love with colors, easiness to clean and overall quality.
I am really proud that is a Spanish brand with such a premium quality and sensitive to the Horse world.
