I has already been 1 month since I have ordered my board to Australia and no update yet.
Not sure why did you you even post faster shipping times on your website. That's not cool at all.
I spend $500 on cyber mini.
When I searched online, every resource shows that they have a Melbourne warehouse and it's will take 4 to 15 business days. Sorry to say this, But these wait times are ridiculous.
When ever I message the customer support, they just send me the same screenshot again and again and the skateboard is still stuck at some airport.
Please remove the faster delivery times statement from the website. It's very misleading.

So I was sent the wrong helmet and like a good person In let them know. Now it has been over seven days, I already shipped them the wrong helmet back, and even before I had a return label they already sent a truck to my house twice, I used there label and send the product back to Sante Fe Springs, I added two stars I wish this entire episode would have gone down different but thank you Maxfind for getting me my correct items and working on this until it was completed.

I had another review here with 4 stars for the MaxPro2.
Quality was decent, price was fair and customer service was fine.

However despite the latest models are armed with bells and whistles they come in much lower quality. My best guess is that the battery is one of the most expensive component on their boards so they had to make budget cuts and no longer use high quality Samsung batteries instead use their own branded ones. Which lead to the main issue of this review. My battery died after 1 month of use and also while it was working it had 1/4th capacity of the previous board -MaxPro2.

Basically I need to charge the board after every SINGLE TRIP. Before same distance lasted 3 up to 4 times depending on the wind on one charge. Now I can only do 1/4th of the distance.

Customer service was helpful and provided a replacement battery and for this reason only I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. The break light on CyberMini died after 2 months, not to mention the unnecessary tacky side lights that you can't turn off separately but I guess that's a matter of taste. Still, the new battery replacement only had 1/4th of capacity as well, and such low quality isn't acceptable especially when comparing to their claimed specs.

If there was a zero star rating I would give one. Around 300km broken truck. The battery quits every year and they just tell you to buy a new one. Better off buying an e bike. At least you don’t get stuck somewhere . Let me know I’ll send a picture of a broken truck.

My FF Pro model is amazing! It's incredibly quiet and comfortable, the motor is incredibly powerful. The range is also very good. The service is friendly and helpful.

Maxscam. They asked for 300 USD in extra shipping after I placed the order.

I declined and asked for a refund, and now it seems like they will not cancel and refund my money.

Luckily I contacted my bank and Mastercard and they’ll probably refund it when the see the horrible email from their customer service.

Stay away, this is a scam center pretending to be a legitimate company.

I would either like my money back from what I originally wanted to order that I spent $800 on. Or the CYBER ULTRA(NEW). With the hub motors like I wanted since I’m riding this mostly off road all the time. And also I have send so many emails and haven’t heard back but 1 times at 1:30 in my morning this morning. I’ve reached out 8 times since and tried calling countless times. Theirs phones are off and no one responds to emails. And I’m upset about this because that is a lot of money. If I can’t achieve getting the board I actually want with the money I already spent. Then I will go else where please send me my money back!

Kevin provided excellent customer service and helped me get the part I needed. Been pleased with these boards' performance over the years especially the longer range batteries. They are well made and have affordable commuter models that have gotten me from A to B efficiently and let me have a little fun sometimes too.

They're boards are worth every cent, the customer service is beyond helpful, they have helped me with every issue I've had and been more than great about everything, I recommend any one looking for a board to use maxfind for sure
