After paying initial deposit, but before signing agreements we advised we would not be proceeding. Nothing had commenced. They will not reply to any correspondence or refund any monies paid. Once deposit was paid schedules issued were a way off and were not as discussed leading to the cancellation. If you proceed, buyer beware!

I'd say the only real reviews. Scam my product that's a rip off of other people and they won't issue refund over a month...

This company charged me $thousands Im too embarrassed to mention on here. They have nothing special or effective to charge you that much. It's mostly worksheets that didn't relate to e-commerce which is my type of business. The fb ads help was useless and for only 2 sessions with a guy that didn't care. The good part was the one on one coaching. The coach meant well but he didn't have any effective tools. We were just brainstorming together on our calls. For as much as I was charged I was expecting a more hands on effective approach with better strategies and tools. Paying for this has been the biggest mistake of my business. A very costly error. So beware before signing up for this.

I just want to say what a pleasure it was to work with Jake Behler. He was clear, concise, and extremely knowledgeable. He was a tremendous resource helping us get our FB ads up and running. Thank you Jake!

In the past, I've had good experiences with this company. However, currently, it's not even possible to access a course bought from them a few days ago. While the support team does respond, they have been unable to provide access to the course.

This review will be updated when access to the course is granted.

Update: 20 days since paid for the course and still no access. Their intake form is messed up and redirects to the wrong course! I have sent many back-and-forth emails, screen recordings and suggestions to get my account set up but they have not sorted it. I dread to think how they would handle more complex issues that might pop up during their courses and programs.

Bit late for that now. I gave Mawer's team a long time to get it sorted and they were totally unable to. I would do the course but only if I was paid to do it. Have since found FAR higher quality resources relating to AI and online business growth.

And wow... these one star reviews are stacking up ehh.

Any by the way, all the 5 star reviews are left by people who bought a low ticket item and were encouraged to leave a good review. I know this because I also once bought the same DFY ads product. They are NOT from people that have paid for his coaching services.

I cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT pay for his coaching programmes. There are countless people online who have been conned by Rudy and his team.

Horrific Experience - Refund Nightmare

This has been an absolute nightmare of an experience! I signed up in July 2023, and within less than 24 hours, I realized it was not what I expected. So, naturally, I requested a refund, and I was initially told that a refund was guaranteed within the first 3 days.

But that's where the nightmare began. Two weeks went by, and there was no refund, just empty promises. Then, they insisted I have a meeting with Joseph, who attempted to upsell me on another course despite my clear request for a refund. Two more weeks passed without any response.

Frustrated, I tried to email them multiple times, but every email went unanswered. When I joined the Discord channel to voice my concerns, I got BANNED, which was incredibly unprofessional.

After a long struggle, someone else from the company finally got in touch, insisting I have yet another phone call with Joseph Reluctantly, I agreed. He promised the refund and even sent an email with proof that the refund was being processed, dated September 2023. I have this phone call recorded as proof!

It's now been a series of unanswered emails and messages. They are unresponsive on Instagram as well. It's unbelievable! It's not just me; check other 1-star reviews, and you'll find a pattern of denied refunds. This is a complete scam, and I'm furious about the whole ordeal.

As it stands, no one is replying to my emails, i am still in the dark about this and i still have not received my refund

**In reply to your answer, 5 calls is a complete lie. I had 2 calls with one of your representatives and in both i was promised my refund. This has been on going since day 1 where i have been begging for my money back. I can understand it takes time, but not this long. The very least that should happen is communication from the rep that i spoke to. Not a single reply from him at all - what else am i meant to think?

I paid in full to be part of Rudy Mawer's Mastermind last year and get the bonuses because I needed extra help.

The bonuses were a "done for me" funnel, done for me FB ads, and 24 additional one-on-one calls.

My funnel was 2.5 months late, so showing up to the calls was pointless because I didn't have my funnel to work on. I still attended but couldn't make progress.

The ad creative I received had nothing to do with my offering and I was told to "just make your own in Canva" even though I PAID for their "pros" to make it.

The ad audience they created didn't get any traffic, and I was told to use my own audience that was performing better. Again, I paid for their "pros" to make me audiences.

***They've asked me to remove names, but judging by the short work length for all of them I've found on LinkedIn, the names don't really matter, they will churn soon***

I started a refund conversation with TB on June 16th, 2023.

TB originally denied me without speaking to me, denied allowing me to see the metrics they were denying me on, and assured me "they did their research".

I was then transferred to JK, their "operations manager", on August 11.

JK promised that my refund was approved and they just needed to send an email so I could enter my account numbers, but that was "out of his hands".

Then he proceeded to ignore my texts and emails and rescheduled our meetings multiple times. Today I was supposed to meet with "all parties involved" on Zoom and was then emailed by Trey that the meeting was cancelled and I was denied for these reasons:

"Our records show services were provided in full per our agreement"

No, they were not. I was bounced from coach to coach, told to "use your own audience" when the Mawer FB ads team's audience didn't perform (I paid in full to get their help), was told to "just make your own images" when your FB ads creatives didn't match my product (again, paid in full to get this done for me)

My funnel was 2.5 months late in being delivered as well.

You promised a Ferrari and delivered a Prius. That is a breach of contract.

"You have already completed and utilized a significant portion of the program."

"Additionally, our records indicate you did not meet the required coaching call attendance percentage as outlined in our terms. This contributed to the ultimate decision on the refund request."

Which one is it? I'm denied BECAUSE I utilized the program OR because I didn't?

"Our policies do not permit retrospective refunds at this advanced stage."

I was already promised a refund by JK. This is the second breach of contract. I have screenshots of him telling me that they just need to send an email so I can enter my information and get this process.

I also started this conversation 3 months ago. This advanced stage is on your team, not my end.

Bottom Line:
The mastermind can be summed up in 2 sentences. Build a funnel, point ads towards it. That's not worth $20,000.

I paid up front and in full for all of the done-for-me add-ons: funnel, FB ads, and FB audiences as well as the extra one on one calls.

The funnel was late, the creative was crap, the audience didn't work and the calls don't allow enough time to accomplish anything, especially when every call wanted to redo what was done on the previous one.

They underdeliver, and prey on excited solopreneurs. Save your money.

A $50/day add budget and paying a few people on Fiverr would have saved me thousands.

Jake was excellent and helped me setup the fb business ads.

My call with Jake Behler was really good. He was patient, informative, engaging and so helpful.

24 hours after paying $3000, I told them I did not want to proceed and to please refund me. Five weeks later, still no money. This company is a bunch of thieves that are dragging out the refund as long as possible. My bank told me it could take 90 days and they are taking every day of that for a measly 3K. Stay away from them at all costs.

Update: They never sent me a single email. When I replied to their original email pertaining to this negative review, their emails came right through. Their reply is BS. Now they want me to set up a meeting to talk with someone to get my money back. Complete garbage company!

Now I've been told that my money was released but their credit card processor can take up to four weeks to return it. Honestly, if you decide to do business with this company, that is your call but I've been a business owner that has had many credit card processors and never heard of such crap. Buyer beware. All you are doing is giving them an interest-free loan on your money.

Update: Still no refund. On August 25th I was told my money was released from the credit card processor. Still nothing in my account. September 1st I was told by Joseph Kleiber that he would contact them and let me know. I sent follow-up emails to him on the 5th and 6th of September with no reply. I set a phone call request for today the 7th at 2:30 pm and he ignored it and never called. This company is horrible to work with. I find all these other reviews to be rather suspect and more than likely are paid for.

Update: Finally received my $3k back on 9/14/2023.

From the beginning, I felt welcomed and heard. Mawer Capital has excellent service, training and helped me to feel confident in my purchase and plan moving forward. I highly recommend them!

Jake was super helpful and I learned a lot. Super appreciative for his support and I cant wait to keep working with Rudy and his team!
