I ordered this as a Christmas gift and loved it
I ordered this as a Christmas gift at the last minute. Great communication by email. Received responses back same day or the following day. Due to the size of the picture submitted the company recommended the next size up for the painting. Had concerns we would not receive the painting by Christmas due to the delivery time frame however received the painting very quickly. My mother in-law was very happy. Would purchase again from this company.

Super pleased!!!
The idea of having a portrait done of my Mother was a suggestion by a co-worker. I was fortunate enough to choose MavenArt and was not disappointed!! From the beginning they were very attentive and kept in communication regarding the painting. My Mother is 98 and I wanted to surprise her with a portrait of her in her military uniform from 1944. The photo wasn't super clear but the finished painting was absolutely stunning!!! I am super pleased and can't wait for my Mother to open it on Christmas!!!

My Best Gift in 18 Years
I searched the internet attempting to find someone I felt comfortable with to create an oil painting of my wife. I had been wanting to do this for years and just got around to doing it. I have seen many movies in my life with large oil paintings of special people, usually patriarchs. I wanted this for my wife.
I finally contacted MavenArt and Ipsita answered the call. She took the time to go over every detail with me as to ordering, sending a photo and what they would attempt to do.
After receiving a photo, she asked if there was another photo as the one I sent was going to be difficult because of a lot of darkness in the photo. I sent her another photo that was taken on our wedding day and she said the photo was perfect.
We conversed several times as she kept giving me updates and we decided on a frame and discussed final delivery details.
Once the product was ready for shipment she informed me with the shipping tracking number. The delivery date was actually earlier than the tracking number by one day. This was great because we had a tropical storm the day of the original delivery date.
This being a wedding anniversary present for my wife, she opened it immediately. In 18 years of marriage, this beat all my anniversary gifts to her. She was ecstatic. She knew where to put it and we hung it on the wall asap. She took photos and spent the next hour posting it on Facebook and sending it out via text to everyone.
Ipsita was so fantastic thru-out the entire ordeal and I felt that we became good friends. She is a keeper.
I will recommend MavenArt to everyone and will tell them to ask for Ipsita and tell her Roy sent you.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration,
Roy Moseley

It feels great to be entrusted with the creation of such a special oil painting portrait for your wife and knowing that she actually liked it so much is all we could have asked for. The artist would be as much overjoyed as us to know this and we cannot wait to pass it on. We are so delighted that we could contribute to the happiness of your special purpose.
We always strive to take care of the details and communicate them, discuss and have your approval every step of the way and we are glad that came across. We feel accomplished knowing that everything fell in place and went so seamlessly.
We are incredibly grateful to you for your willingness to recommend us so highly. We loved working with you and will be looking forward to more!

Excellent Customer Service
On January 11th, I placed an order for a painting of our little dog as an 80th birthday present for my husband. I requested delivery by February 8th if at all possible. While they couldn’t guarantee the date they promised to do their best. They certainly did that as the painting arrived on January 26th. Very well packaged and in perfect condition. It looks beautiful. I really appreciated the frequent communication through email messages which were always helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend to others.

The team here at Mavenart is so delighted to read these words full of satisfaction and appreciation for each of our efforts regarding the painting of your dog's and our services till getting it to you way before your requested date.
Artworks generally take up to 2-4 weeks to complete, however, we also work on priority to try to meet feasible deadlines. We, at times, are unable to unconditionally guarantee a delivery date, specifically when it is a short timeline, as it depends on a lot of factors from both of our as well as our customer's ends to fall in line to deliver within the deadline.
We are so grateful to you for helping us create a beautiful portrait for your husband's 80th birthday. We truly hope he likes it too, do let us know if possible! We look forward to working with you again
