Seamless experience
Mauve staff has been extremely competent, supportive and proactively addressing concerns or issues. My experience is extremely positive, making my relocation a pretty seamless process. The extra bureaucracy compared to my previous situation has nothing to do with them but with local regulations, so I have only good feedback.

People are great but processes are tedious and old fashion
Working with Mauve´s employees is great, they are very helpful and professional, great service.
Why I am rating this low is due to the fact that we are still submitting expenses in a spreadsheet and getting our payroll via email. Nowadays all of these shall be on their website and make it easy for employees.

Seamless and transparent

Extremely efficient EoR
Mauve has been my first experience dealing with an EoR and I must say that they are extremely efficient at what they do.
At the time of joining, I was assigned an Account Manager and Mauve in general is very proactive in its communication.
I have never had any issues with mauve as they always resort to my queries on time and share any relevant updates proactively.
