An absolutely amazing product from a company that clearly cares about what they make & sell plus have a first rate customer service. The mats are amazing and contact with the owners is fast, friendly and go above & beyond to help.

Just received my first mattify mat in the stripe vanilla and sand colour and I love it. Excellent quality, and made in the UK so even better. I have 2 teen boys and a man whos always out walking and it is saving my floors! I dont have to constantly mop now. Washes and hoovers beautifully. Arrived quickly too. A couple of days. Xx

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Mattify. I placed an order 12 days ago and, immediately after ordering, I contacted customer service with a query, only to receive no response at all.

Although I’ve since had a notification that the rug has been dispatched, the tracking notification just says “dispatched” which is really frustrating. I reached out to customer services again 3 days ago for an update and still haven’t had any reply.

The lack of communication is unacceptable. As a customer, you expect at the very least timely responses and basic transparency around your order. At this point, I have no idea where my purchase is or when it will arrive.

I would not recommend based on this experience.

Mats aren't cut straight im afraid . Definitely not worth the price . Disappointed after waiting such a long time.

First item for our new home and looks perfect at a large by-fold door: having a bigger runner really helps the aesthetic as well as the practicality!

I ordered two of the checkerboard Matt’s and I am in love with them. Perfect product great quality and washable. Cannot fault. Thank you so much

Super stylish designs, great quality, durable and excellent customer service.
We have two dogs so it gets very muddy - I’ve just washed it and it has come out brand new!

Quality and color were not what I expected at all especially for the price. Returned and had to pay quite a bit to do that to make sure it arrived back safely. Have yet to be refunded.

An issue with the delivery , not the company’s fault but rather Royal Mail . Laura the CEO and founder of Mattify , sorted a replacement personally and had re delivered . Thought this was excellent customer service . Makes you confident in the business and also UK company . Very impressed

Excellent quality mats. So pleased with them I’ve purchased 3 on 3 separate occasions now. Not tried washing yet but confident they’ll wash well.

It's a good quality mat but the colours are never as they are on the website. This is my second mat and in both cases the images vs the real thing are off. Maybe they use some kind of filter.

Amazing customer service and keeping in touch throughout the delivery process gave me peace of mind.

Really disappointed. Firstly, the delivery took ages and communication was poor. When the matts arrived they just look like bits of off cut carpet. Really poor for the price. I’m a bit confused by all the good reviews as they honestly were so underwhelming.
Service is equally as poor upon returning. It’s been over two weeks and I have confirmation of the return being delivered but again, no communication to acknowledge this or that my refund is in progress. Frankly, very disappointed on all levels
