Copyright infringement on one of my wife’s works. Company would not respond, or even attempt to right the situation. Have had to escalate through the social media channels, and sought counsel to resolve.

Customer service sucks. Tracking number given yields no results. 60 days now and still awaiting for my order to deliver. Filed a claim and was turned down with no explanation. No one to chat to, they don’t even read my emails. They just stick to stereotypical answers with no option to reply back.
When you fail to deliver you ought to refund. That simple.

My husband absolutely loves his t-shirt. The quality and sizing were great. Since the t-shirt took about three weeks to arrive, I would suggest ordering early for future presents.

I ordered a t shirt weeks ago, never came. Asked for a refund, said no. Waited a couple more weeks, offered part refund and said still waiting to be shipped. I want a full refund and they can keep the t shirt!!
