Abschussrampe von der Monstertruck Bahn ging nach wenigen Minuten schon kaputt. Support von Mattel angeschrieben und nach zwei Tagen eine Antwort erhalten. Ersatzteile können nicht versendet werden, ich soll dem Verkäufer kontaktieren. Das geht besser. Es muss ja nicht gleich eine ganze Bahn ausgetauscht werden, wenn ein Teil defekt ist. Nachhaltigkeit kennt der Hersteller wohl nicht.

Ist es normal, dass man für die Rückerstattung auf ein link klicken muss? Wenn ich nicht innerhalb von drei Tagen auf den link gehe und bestätige, wird meine Rückzahlung abgelehnt. Finde das ganze sehr unseriös

Mattell is a company that makes toys and games. I worked there for 5 months and it was very good.

Mattel and Hotwheels Redline Club is a complete disorganized travesty for a once reputable company! Joined Redline club for Mattel exclusive hot wheels, so far have not been able to secure any special collectors sets! Tried again to get a complete treasure hunt set from their website. I had the item in my cart and did the ridiculous captcha requirement 3 times in less than a minute. My cart took 1 minute to calculate a checkout time of 27 minutes. After 10 minutes it reset to 27 minutes again, after 10 more minutes it reset to 30 minutes and said the item was out of stock. I have since divested my portfolio of all Mattel stock and I'm canceling my red line membership. I they are turning Hot Wheels into Beanie Babies, and we all know what happened to beanie babies! Mattel needs to figure out a new way of doing business! They are not on the side of their loyal consumers or anyone else for that matter. A completely ridiculous scam. I seen people selling these sets on eBay before they were even released with 10 or 20 available, how the heck can that happen and how do they fill all these orders? Do better mattel, until then, I'm out! Special message for Mattel, if you haven't noticed, Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars are being replaced in my local stores in the US by cheap Chinese junkie cars, and they are getting a foothold on the market.

Did not receive product ordered and Mattel does not offer any reliable contact information to communicate problem!

For Christmas my little brother got me the Jurassic world '93 classic Dennis Nerdy track and chase pack, but sadly when I opened it the was no dirt bike but all of the other pieces, I even quadruple looked in all of the bags and the box that I always keep for collector reasons. Now my brother didn't no he had to look for the box to look good he's only ten, and it did it looked like it was in perfect condition, but it wasn't. So I am not very happy with the set I have been wanting ever since it came out, and every single time I open one of the '93 classic sets one or two parts are gone and the figure packs aren't cheap either.

Wow! So many dissatisfied customers!! I purchased Tumblin' Monkeys through their Amazon store. The first box arrived in French That was returned and the second box arrived in German. Unfortunately my 6 year old Nephew only speaks English. I spoke to their overseas customer services who are about as useful as a chocolate teapot! Mattel were once a class company, now they seem to be taking your money for any old product that they have in stock. If it wasn't from the Mattel shop, I would have thought the product was knocked off

Der Schlummerotter meiner Tochter ist defekt, Amazon sagte ich solle mich an den Kundenservice wenden von Mattel. Gesagt getan. Zwei mal eine Nachricht erhalten dass ich da segele zurück erhalte und nichts mehr bekommen. Nur eine „freundliche Erinnerung da sonst der Fall geschlossen wird“ ich schriebe täglich eine Nachricht hin und höre nichts mehr. Also noch schlechter geht wirklich nicht! Ich überlege nun mehrfach ob ich wirklich nochmal was kaufe

Bought fisher price learning table for my nephew and it was wonderful. Product arrived on time and without any damage.

Nearly every product I purchase from mattelcreations.com arrives damaged. Their packing is horrible. You may as well ship the product in a bubble mailer. I am a collector and keep items in their original packaging but when it arrives damaged and the item is sold out, you have to keep it damaged or return it. Absolutely horrible. If you're a collector, I would strongly advise spending a little more and buying on the secondary market. Pretty embarrassing for a multi-billion dollar company.
