Matrix Arms Arvostelua

Works good fast

Bought two, really nice work, well worth the wait!!!

While the wait for the item was extended, communication with customer service was superb.

Excellent customer service! Received an 80% lower that was the incorrect. I notified Matrix & they immediately initiated sending me another lower with the correct finish. I was able to keep the incorrect lower as well. I also must comment on the quality. The finish of both lowers was excellent! Also the non reciprocating upper receiver with bcg is a great price! Excellent product.

I purchased a complete upper....and have now completed the rifle...its quality machining!

Very quality lower. Got four stars only because shipping was slow because they were in the process of moving there shop.

Turn around time was reasonable, I love how the aluminum frame
Looks and feels

No tracking number… no calls, email or anything. Tried to call and could not get through to anyone and also sent emails…. Nothing. It also took a month to get shipped

The product is fine but the experience was bad

Are they even in business still? I've ordered a upper and they withdrew money from my account I've tried emailing them and no response. I tried calling them at the listed number and it is not in service. How are you going to automate taking my money but not even reply or send my items. Shut down your site.

Outstanding construction and fairly quick turnaround. Very impressed.

Dylan does a great job and always helps me out.

The crew at Matrix is professional and easy to do business with. Highly recommended!

Fit, finish and function is excellent on this product and would suggest these side charging uppers in 9 and 15 for anyone looking for step above the rest performance and look.

If it fits it ships!

Besides making fantastic hardware, Dylan personally handled my many annoying phone calls and emails when there was a shipping issue. Love this company.

Straight up, Patriotic, Fast shipping, and affordable.

Craftsmanship of bronze diamond pattern glock 19 barrel is superb! Looks and functions great!

I have 2 Matrix Arms slides and they are probably the best slides I own. Both are great looking and perform flawlessly. I would recommend your products to anyone looking for high quality and performance and a great value if you want to build a superb Glock based pistol. I'm running a G17 skeletonized slide on my P80 CL frame and a Delta 2.0 on my GST-9 frame and when I go to the range people always ask what is that it looks great. The only thing stopping me from buying more from you is my wallet Lol. Just bought 2 of your RMR plates so I can EDC my pistols because carrying with a red dot prints to much for my taste and I couldn't be happier because once again I was blown away with the quality and fit and finish of them. Thank you for making a great product and also appreciate the great service when I had questions about some things.

Good customer service
