Dealing with support for a login issue took way too long. Even though they eventually resolved the problem, making a user wait four entire days for a response is extremely aggravating.

decided to top up my balance last night…
decided to top up my balance last night so i could reply to someone before i went to sleep. i put my card info in, hit submit, and my bank app instantly notified me of the charge. but the credits didn't show up on my profile. i refreshed the page like ten times and even logged out and back in. it took almost two hours for the balance to finally update, and by then i was already too tired to even bother sending the message.
