Matchday Mystery Arvostelua 

Ordered two weeks ago. Now Facebook page appears to have been deleted and email address is undeliverable. Worried I have been scammed. All I want was a mystery kit for my son for Christmas. Please can you contact me?

I ordered in october and was told it would be a weeks delivery. i still haven’t received it. the only thing i got was a confirmation email the day of purchase and haven’t heard anything since. i have tried emailing their support email and still nothing. don’t bother ordering from this company.

This is a scam. Said shirts were dispatched 2 weeks ago yet now saying there is a "supply issue" and to try and get a refund from my bank card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered 2 shirts on October 7th and got nothing but a confirmation email. The shirts were never even dispatched and I waited a month just for my order to be cancelled for literally no reason. Worst part is, they haven't even refunded me. Do not order from this website, you're either going to get nothing or it's gonna take 2 months.

Ordered 2, paid for express delivery (within a week), took almost 3 months to get here.

Refused to refund the difference in delivery.
Shirts stink of fish for some reason??
I specifically asked to avoid English teams and they send me an MK Dons kit hahaha.

I have placed 2 orders over the previous 2 months and never received any items. The first one I have put a claim in to receive a replacement order for it but they just sent the money back, this was after waiting nearly a month going through the process of having to wait before putting the claim through and finally getting a response from the company which took multiple emails.

My recent order 11984 which I placed 3 weeks ago is pending which means I will have to go through the whole refund process which I can’t be bothered with. So they can just keep the money they have taken from me.

The internal system they use for keeping track of orders and processing g the shirts must be very poor as there is multiple reviews saying the same thing as me. Maybe this should be something the company looks into as it has now put me off ordering again

I wasn’t going to leave a review but they have just emailed me asking to rate their service

Ordered 2 shirts on the 17th October to give as a gift tomorrow (2nd November)
Had email confirmation & nothing since, not even dispatched even though it states on the order confirmation that it will be with me in around a week.

Emailed & sent messages on WhatsApp, no reply.

*Update, finally received the order but too late to give as a gift as I’d already left for the weekend.
It was supposed to be a ‘Premium’ bundle but it was 2 Indian shirts which are online for £16 each so I could have bought separately and saved myself £10.

ordered on the 20th october recieved email saying on the way a week later and no contact from them on their email or whatsapp buisness chat

Excellent purchase of Swindon Town and Göztepe.

Don’t bother - placed an order after entering payment details and checking out - got an ‘order pending’ email with tracking links. Then nothing. Four weeks later I chase them - apparently because I didn’t pay (although I did give them payment details and confirmed my order) - there is no order and they are not sending anything. Abysmal levels of communication.

Item never showed up, parcel got lost or something. They offered me a refund or a new box, I chose a new box. But nothing ever happened. Sad, could have been fun to try.

Ordered 2 T-shirts in size L that arrived about 1 month after, that happens.
1 T-Shirt was fine, Rangers size L, the other was from some unknown Indian team, just standard red shirt and in size XL, way too big for me. They offered to send a free replacement shirt

Item never turned up.
Emailed multiple times over the last month and just received automated replies.
Have submitted a refund request a few weeks ago too and it is still marked as ‘under review’.
No way to speak to an actual human either.

Complete scam, shirts never showed up, and no tracking updates given a month after ordering. Do not order this product

Jeg lagde en order hos dem i d. 2 september, som ikke er kommet nogle vejene endnu.

Selskabet påstår at have afsendt vareren d. 13 august, men når jeg kontakter Royal Mail med mit trackingnummer er den aldrig blevet indleveret til dem. Matchday Mystery sender 14 dage senere d. 27 august en mail til mig om, at jeg kan vælge at få sendt varen igen eller få refunderet pengene. Da jeg gerne vil have varen, beslutter vi at vælge at få sendt en ny vare. Det er så nu det bliver rigtig sjovt, da jeg ikke har hørt fra dem siden. Jeg har skrevet til alle mails jeg har kunne finde på deres hjemmeside, og det tættetse jeg er kommet på en dialog er en autosvar. Autosvaren beder mig ansøge om hvorvidt jeg vil have pengene tilbage eller sendt varen igen. Men da jeg har gjort dette for 14 dage siden, så er jeg bundet på hænder og fødder.

Lad være med at handle med dette selskab, det er den værste oplevelse man kan kaste sig ud ik.

Delivery took over a month and had to pay a toll fee. Not the biggest deal but added about £15. Ive signad up for a prenumeration for about £22 q month i think. With toll and shipment my total is somewhere around £45-50. First shirt dissapointment tho. A Namibia national shirt but the material feels very diffrent to what we have in EU.

I never got my items! This is a scam

Have just received my first shirt. Absolutely gorgeous! Har some few issues with import to Denmark, it was solved easily due to the amazing customer service at WhatsApp, fast response and good problem solving!

Minor inconvenience is the import fees to Denmark, but this is simply due to GB being outside the European Union. If solved, I'll return on the subscription service!

Ordered the 17/7 and it took them more than 16 days to just dispatch the delivery, 6 days earlier they sent that it was on its way, but it wasn’t. Now yesterday 33 days after I bought the package I got a letter saying it arrived at customs and I got to pay a fee on 40$. If this wasn’t a gift I wouldn’t pay the fee and would demand a full refund.
