I tested Master Serena when I completed the questionnaire. Whenever I was asked a question, I replied asking 'Is this service free?'. I gave the same answer for my star sign, as well as my birthday. Funny how Master Serena answered that she was the SAME star sign as I was!!!! Hilarious. Please do not waste your money.
Test the questions by answering random things.

Also, please report this scammer to Instagram. I certainly did.

Conned twice now !
First time was a few months ago with Master Wang,who sent a soul mate drawing of a woman when I had specifically selected men.
Customer services ignored all my emails and did not rectify anything .
Today I thought I'd try Master Serena .
After listening to master Serena explaining the process I paid the fee and waited for my soulmate drawing as instructed by email..
Suprise suprise the link in the email recieved was a link back to Master Wang sending me exactly the same reading and picture of a woman he sent before .
Absolutely shocking and such a CON.
I should have known better to trust that Master Serena was legit.

They all are fake. Mr Wang, Mr Fang, Tina Aldea....And will not refund.

I sadly must disagree with any reviews speaking in favor of Master Wang.

I must express my complete and utter dissatisfaction with Master Wang's service.

After hearing Michelle Obama and another celebrity praise Master Wang's Soulmate service, I decided to try it out, expecting a similar positive experience. Initially, the process seemed straightforward: I answered the questions and specified that I wanted a female soulmate of Black ethnicity. I patiently waited for the results, only to be gravely disappointed when I received a drawing of a white woman.

I have attempted to reach customer service through the provided email, provided by them, at least four times without any response to date.

My initial intent was to seek clarification regarding the incorrect result, but after sending a fifth email with no reply, I now demand a refund.

this company has proven to me they do not care about there customers due to a lack of responding to emails sent from July 7–13 …

I have requested my refund well within the 30 days and it continues to go unhonored.

The complete lack of response from their customer service is appalling and unacceptable. It is a clear indicator that this service is not worth promoting and serves as a warning to others: buyer beware.

Ok I paid 19 dollars and I never got my drawing

I made the purchase really for fun, but boy was I dooped. I paid for my "soulmate" drawing and received it next day. 1. The picture looked off, and I could not put my finger on why.
2. I decided to do a search on the picture and it came up with results. Looks like Mr. Sketch isn't only my soulmate.
While I may not have taken this seriously, there are those that will and it is not fair for "Master Wang" to master manipulate people out of money!
Oh and 3. I paid the amount for the sketch and supposedly weekly horoscopes at no additional charge. 1.5 weeks later I am getting charged again. Same amount as before. Scam much?

why his drawing looked exactly like the guy from work that hates me because I liked him. We don't talk and we never hung out so I don't care 🤷

I decided after weeks of pondering the prospect of ordering , can this actually be true. I did it at the first part of August 2023, ordered the drawing and upgraded to the color photo,( I rec'd black and white sketch) not what I paid for!!!! Now mind you I am in my 60's, and a normal person would have seen that if they had looked at the questioner. NO, I was sent a drawing of maybe someone 22 with plugs in both ears, (not for me) ,drawing looked like a child I would have to take care of. The drawing pulled out of thin air. I wrote to them immediately, it was on the 5th of August 2023, the message they replied with was, are not available on Weekends, or Holidays, I can perfectly understand that. I have written everyday with no response, not even to have them apologize about this terrible experience. I expected more, this person is just taking people's money at a whim, and we are making him and his company wealthy. I want my money back, and a response. I suggest using severe caution if you want to order this service, as it is turning out to be a SCAM.

We paid over £50 for a four tier bracelet with personalized msg. What a waste of money only 1 is half decent the rest is very poor quality 1 of them fell apart 2 days after opening it my 8 year old could make better ones. And the box that was a disaster its supposed to light up when you open it and it didn't (what a suprise) only when you closed the box you could see through a very large gap (box didn't even close properly) that the light went on what good is that. All in all 100% not worth the haste oh and to top it of delivery was super long with no updates at all

Definitely not my soulmate the drawing was ugly not my type or my cup of tea at all the drawing had sunk in eyes big horrible nose & not nice lips asked for colour didn't get they say its no problem to get a refund but customer service you can never get through they put u on live chat & as soon as u write a msg the live chat has timed out so they never recieve the msg not as good as this site is making out wouldn't bother 😔

I think for sure it is a scam, how can everyone really sense another person's soulmate, for the person that they have not seen. basic you choose in the process how you wanna him/her to look like out from race.

I give it 2 stars because the picture is kind of looking good like if you bought it from a street artist, but really it is an extremely prof' setup for a man there just got help from some friends to set up a webpage.

I made a color upgrade, never got it, the money taken, and very difficult to get back.

It is entirely up to you whether or not to purchase it. Because you may almost always be scammed and it's a complete waste of money in my view. However, if you're motivated to know what your soul mate looks like, this is worth a shot. However, given this might easily be a fraud, I would not recommend it.

It was amazing!!! It helped me find my soulmate. I found her and, wow she was great. Now i'm gonna buy another one.

Feels like a scam, they want you to pay as soon as they finished asking u some question about your birth, that was anyhow unrelevant to the painting.
