Fast and efficient order processing

Fast and efficient order processing. Mastertrade also promptly followed up with the supplier when a product coding/delivery error was encountered, to ensure correct product was immediately sent as replacement. Would order again.

Great company 5 plus stars.

I had an email asking me to review an item that i had not received but i want to make something clear it was NOT Mastertraders fault and the item arrived on time and was packed well , plus it was a great price. I would definitely use them again .

first time buyer…

having never ordered from this company before i was a little aware. Website is a little clunky and delivery took longer than expected but acceptable. However, the price for the equipment was what attracted me and the product came as expected and well packaged. Fitted and tested and all very happy.

Part of order missing, no response to email

I placed an order that included about 8 RCBOs. I was only able to open it about a week later because I was away.
Four RCBOs were missing, so about £55 worth.
I emailed twice but had no reply and just bought them locally from CEF.
So athough they shipped fast, they didn't check the order very thoroughly.

Outstanding customer service

Item arrived damaged in transit. The customer service staff could not have been more helpful (regardless of order size) and had replacement sent within hours. Thank you
