After four revisions my photos are still not correct. For one of them it looks like they just trimmed around her head and plopped it on their picture. There is no blending and her chin is gone. I am really disappointed. I decided to give them one more chance at revisions and then will ask for a refund. I am so frustrated and disappointed.

Even though I had to submit a less than perfect head shot of my grandchild (she doesn't like picture taking) the canvas came out beautiful.

I have purchased several items from Masterpieceme and have been delighted with every one!

Images turned out great! It's a Christmas gift which I know the couple will be very happy with.

Greatest Birthday Present Ever. I ordered a canvas print for my friend's birthday present and it was a huge success. When the first draft came out, I was worried over the dimensions of the head to the body. By the next day it was revised and looked great. Shipping was fast and the look on his face was priceless.

I ordered my photo and a photo of someone else was delivered to me. I emailed about the mix up and received an email back stating the problem was reported to their order fulfillment and that is receive a new tracking number when the correct photo was to be delivered. I’ve emailed twice since then and still have not received my order. There is no number to call so the only way of getting in contact is via email. I sent my phone number but no one there has bothered to call me.

This crew is amazing to work with. I’ve used them multiple times to get 7 canvases made and they will bend over backwards until you are 100% satisfied.

The customer service is amazing!! They replied immediately and I needed help on photos I was choosing for the project, wich they consistently replied quickly and were soo helpful. I love the customer dash board wich let's you know every step of the way how your masterpiece is doing. It arrived quickly and I'm sure my sister in law will love it!!(Its a gift) Highly recommend !!
