Just amazing great service and just looks amazing

EDIT: I finally did receive my product but it took over a month to get the first picture for review. Not the 2-3 days as advertised. Once approved, the picture arrived within a week.

FIRST REVIEW.
Do not use or pay this website. I spent almost $70 for a portrait as a 50th birthday gift. Their website said 2-3 days to receive the photo for review. It's been over a month and nothing. I've exchanged two emails and their only response is 'sorry for the inconvenience'.

Never heard from them after payment. An automated review email and advertisement were the only exceptions.
Might hear back from them at some point, who knows.

I placed my order 8 days ago and still have not seen a preview or received an update on the status of my order. I'm really disappointed. I was expecting some contact by now, as the email said I would see a preview in 2-3 days. I reached out to the "Contact Us" and heard back from them within 24 hours, asking for my order number. But still haven't seen a preview. I've since read a few others who said they never received their portrait. I sincerely hope that won't be my case. I'll update this review if any movement occurs.

I never received the item that I paid for. And their customer service refused to refund me.

The gift was to follow a tradition I had with my wife when she gave birth to our first daughter.

I was gutted.

I bought my masterpiece as a wedding gift for some dear friends. They were delighted, impressed by the quality, surprised, and so excited. I consider this a win.

The experience was very easy and fun. The portrait came out better than we could have expected. Would recommend to anyone who wants a unique gift.

Great concept and the photo editing was pretty good. But turnaround time was a bit slow and I had requested a change of address so that it would arrive to my Mom's house in time for her birthday. MasterpieceMe never changed the address so I wasn't able to give this gift to Mom on her birthday.

Horrible customer service. They took days and days to reply to emails. Paid for skip the queue. Proof arrived later than even normal turn time and it was the WRONG character. Unfortunately the recipient of the gift passed away during the weeks of waiting.
When I asked to cancel they tried charging me a design fee…for the wrong design! Not once did anyone express condolences. Just rude and unprofessional. STILL WAITING IN A REFUND!

The process was simple. The results were amazing and the quality of the product when I received it was fantastic.. my husband has always loved the American Gothic painting, so I was so excited to be able to get this for him to mark our anniversary

I was quite pleased with the artwork of my daughter. She's my little queen & you guys brought all of that out

Efficient, nice to deal with and all the kids love the results. Will be doing a portrait of the dog next

My first purchase was amazing; hence, I wanted to surprise my father with a masterpieceme because my mother passed away. The photoshop was horrible. Honestly, I think a child could have done better. Thought it was a joke. Now, they’re taking forever to re-do it.

This is my fifth or sixth gift I’ve given to family members. Each time the smiles and squeals fill my heart. Masterpeice Me makes these moments so special and memorable.
