Post-purchase upselling is certainly a common online sales practice. However, when an upsell can reasonably be misunderstood as changing an order rather than creating an entirely additional order, and the resulting purchase becomes effectively irreversible almost immediately afterward, I believe the company has an especially strong responsibility to make that distinction unmistakably clear.

Instead, the sequence of my experience was:
• I intentionally purchased two bottles.
• I was immediately presented with a discounted three-bottle offer.
• I misunderstood that as modifying my existing purchase.
• I consequently purchased five bottles without realizing it.
• I discovered the mistake and contacted MasterPeace within minutes of the purchase.
• MasterPeace acknowledged understanding how I could have misunderstood the offer.
• I offered to return the unintended products unopened.
• I ultimately offered to return the entire shipping package unopened.
• MasterPeace still refused any refund.

That combination—not simply the existence of a no-return policy—is what I find troubling.

I went back and forth with the company about the refund and feel taken advantage of, but what bothers me the most is this...

The philosophy surrounding MasterPeace was what appealed to me. The messaging I heard was very much about personal sovereignty, freedom, and helping people take greater control over what enters and affects their bodies. That makes this experience particularly disappointing. A company built around those ideas should, in my view, be especially interested in ensuring that a customer feels she knowingly chose what she purchased rather than insisting she remain financially responsible for products she immediately explained she did not knowingly intend to buy.

In all fairness, I have yet to receive my shipment, so can't speak on the effectiveness of the product - but fair consumer business practices are REALLY important to me - as a small business owner, thus my 1 star review.

I started to take MasterPeace back in February of 2024, when I started waking up in the middle of the night with a terrible dry cough and tightness in my shoulders and arms and an inability to catch my breath; so I had no idea what was going on. I figured it was some form of allergic reaction to something,
but I couldn't identify it until, as luck would have it,I came across a Rumble video--an interview with Doctor Robert Young and Matt Hazen--in which Doctor Young spells out in that video exactly the symptoms that I was suffering from, precisely because of the transfection in the atmosphere from the spray coming down with all the heavy metals,
thereby causing conditions like, as he said, dry cough and hypoxia, which is an oxygen deficiency,
which is exactly what I felt. This was so on point that
I immediately ordered my first bottle with Human Consciousness Support, and when it arrived and I took my first couple of drops under the tongue, the symptoms immediately dissipated. And as many others have pointed out, suddenly I was dreaming again in full color. And I have continued to take it for over the past year-and-a-half. It served such a good purpose that I was able to withstand an EV battery fire cloud that floated into my vicinity during the summer of 2024 and didn't notice a thing: which I certainly would have, had I never come across MasterPeace. And now, long term effects, I would say I've become more and more food sensitive--in a good way, meaning I'm now editing out more and more things that cause the inflammation that causes me to bloat, among other things. So, it's going to bea long game, but a good game, as step-by-step MasterPeace helps to transform me back into something resembling a member of the human race. So, as Fred, the nephew of Uncle Scrooge, might have said in A Christmas Carol, I believe that MasterPeace has done me good, and will do me good, so I say, God bless it!.
