The company is a scam
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend NOT using this company.
After I signed the contract, they effectively disappeared. They stopped answering my calls and did not respond to my emails, leaving me without the support and communication I expected from a professional property management company.
The situation became completely unacceptable when guests arrived at my property and there was nobody there to receive or assist them. As the owner, I was left dealing with the consequences of a situation that the management company was supposed to handle.
The lack of communication, responsiveness, and professional management was extremely serious and caused significant problems for both the guests and me as the property owner.
I would strongly advise other property owners to think very carefully before signing a contract with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
