Didn't send the licence
I have not received the licence that I bought. I've tried to contact them multiple times, but they are ignoring me. They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee, but this is a lie.
Update: after chasing multiple times I received a refund 2 weeks after my purchase.

I was downloading items my list disappeared
I was downloading items after checking out and they list disappeared. I try to go back and not it says it is empty. What the heck. All I can do is download the invoice but not download what I did not download yet.

Illegal artwork and very low quality graphics.
I attempted to purchase an image for a shirt. The site says they have the disney license to use the artwork. Unfortunately not only was it rejected but the quality of the artwork was very poor. It also did not come with any documentation regarding a written letter or statement authorizing the use of copyrighted material. Very disappointed in product and service

I paid for nothing.
I paid for a editable template for marketing use. What I could download was a jpeg that does nothing for me. I reached out 3 times and no response. Instead, what I get now are marketing emails about buying more from their site, which I also never signed up for. This is very disheartening because I used Trustpilot to make sure it wasnt a fraudulent company but looks like it is. Please do not purchase from here, money down the drain to some terrible people with a fake company.

I made a purchase today and the link they send me doesn't work. I emailed them many times asking for it, and they say I must buy it again because of an error with the checkout but they already took my money and ask me to buy it again. I send again some emails, and no response from them, I lost 9 dollars They are thieves, don't buy anything here !!

Never Received What I Paid For
I made a purchase and they never delivered the code to my email address as they said they would. I emailed them three times asking for it, and I never received any response. They took my money - I just never received what I paid for. So angry I was robbed by these people.
