I visited MASTA- Reading for the…
I visited MASTA- Reading for the vaccination clinic . I found MASTA - Reading organised with the offer of slot appointments according to someone convenience. The staff is friendly and able to help. The clinical pharmacist in the vaccination clinic is also friendly and patient and able to give information about any vaccines.

The title is self-explanatory. The process of getting my travel vaccines was simple to see to completion, from booking it till seeing it done. The personnel was trustworthy, well-informed and professional. No complaints whatsoever.

The nurse was brilliant
The nurse was brilliant, she even lent me her phone when mine didn’t have reception to check about if my dad had had a reaction to the vaccine, and she phoned me after I’d left with extra information she’d found that I would find helpful. Will use Masta again.

Efficient and professional.
The appointment was easy to book, with good availability. The nurse saw me on time and the consultation was efficient and professional. She was very transparent and advised which vaccinations I could get on the NHS at the GP, but I decided to have them at the clinic then and there as it would be faster. There were no surprise costs.

Bad check in systems
The clinic was hard to find, no clear signs from the outside, I still managed to get there 10 mins before my appointment. Knocked on the doors of the clinic as instructed and waited in the waiting room but no one came. I had to wait 40 mins before I found one of the nurses and while she was nice and helped me with the appointment but the overall experience was not great. No clear check in system and no one came to get me from the waiting room and no answer when I knocked on the doors. Also no WiFi or internet connection in the waiting room area.
